I am looking for a way of aproximating one's rising without time of birth. My last attempt wasn't very successful but I have a new theory which needs testing. So I need volunteers. I need date of birth and location ( or coordinates) . The degree of the Sun would be of great help but that's not compulsory. Thanks.IP: Logged |

You know you've given me the exact degree of the sun with minutes and all, that's kind of a giveaway, but I didn't cheat I swear! 10 sagittarius

Nope, 27 Gemini ETA: I don't see how you can determine ones ASC from just that information alone. Anyone born on that day would end up with the same rising sign, it just doesn't make any sense? IP: Logged |

amowls* I think you are right, this method works best with uncertain ascendants, when the time frame isn't too big, like a whole day. It has worked for some people when this condition was respected. I guess I have to perfect it.IP: Logged |

Ohhhh, I see.Well do you want more data? I was gonna suggest you to try on celebs..but their data isn't always accurate, I was gonna say astrodatabank..but then I saw a lot of their birth times are in the standard 15 min increments. I thought you did pretty cool, tho, with that one, like you said within a certain time frame. IP: Logged |
