I am gonna try to express my anger/feelings more directly.

Yesterday, I DID with my mother and was amazed that the sky did not fall in.

I am so afraid of my own feelings, my own anger, my own Pluto nature, really.

For the most part I'm the same at home, but my son knows exactly what buttons to push and when he pushes them I erupt lol.

I have, a cap moon and aquar rising so emotional displays are bottom of the list for me.

I can name only one event ever in my entire life that I have lost my temper and it was partially alcohol induced.

I literally burry my emotions so far that I forget they're there, including anger. But when the anger finally does come out (after like umpteen years) in reference to "big" stuff that is, you do not want to be around because it's not pretty. And the first thing I do is yell, and mercury in aries oh boy do i have a mouth on me.

I have two levels of anger
1.irritation, not so much anger
2.uncontrolable rage, that just turns into being upset and eventually turns to crying.

Even though I have my Mars in Cancer, I am the VERY as above and all of the Mars in Aries descriptions (I have Mars in the 1st)…I just do things without even realizing it. I have a tendency to react in an emotional way ie yell or say REALLY cruel things, be verbally combative (it doesn’t help that I have my Mercury in Leo square Pluto) in a VERY impulsive way, or want to kick someone’s butt (I’ve gotten in a few fights lol). THEN I immediately feel VERY bad for expressing myself. I also NEVER hold a grudge once I express myself that’s it. I think the part about me that’s impulsive is the Mars in 1st conjunct BOTH my Sun and Asc. Plus my poor Mars has a very tight Inconjunct from both Uranus and Jupiter, so overall I don’t hold on to anger unless it’s REALLY huge….then the Cancer Mars kicks in. But still for me all I have to do to get rid of anger or aggression is go for a hard workout and then I feel better.

I have the opposite: Mars in Aries but Mercury in Cancer. My anger is direct, but verbally/mentally I'm very perceptive....awful combo. I know what to say to really cut deep and I don't hesitate to use it in the heat of anger. I've said cruel stuff in the heat of anger that hits too close to home for alot of people. O__o And afterwards, you almost always feel guilty. *SMH*

I forgot to mention that my Mars is tightly squared my Chiron in Cancer. So it's actually part of a T-Square. It seems like I become rageful very often, but I don't. In most annoying situations, I'm just irritable...needing to blow off steam.

But he's my mars in aries story, so relationship just ended about a month ago actually and he was a:

gemini
sagg
aries..with mars in aries

we would bicker and kinda play fight, in a fun way which my mercury in aries loved but it didn't help my mars cancer cause I never could be direct with him on more serious issues, and him being mars aries and his gemini sun he's alllll about direct and instant communication when something comes up.

i am not, i want to avoid it like the plague.

and I'm all about pretending it doesn't bother me, but seething on the inside and giving you the silent treatment til you magically get inside my head and find out what's wrong (why can't men do this?!, c'mon.)

but one time he did lose his temper and yelled at me, and I was completely not expecting and oh holy hell that was awful. even though I'm a yeller myself, and I'm quick to get loud when provoked/irritated....getting yelled at for me, mars cancer.....i just fall apart cause i dont want to be combative, but everything I want to yell/express is bouncing around in my head

or actually i do a fair amount but saturn camouflages it.. amongst other aspects. frustration i find the hardest source of anger to diffuse inside. that seaps out easily in me, must be my aries moon.

anyway, if saturn takes the lid off, im pretty ******* fierce.

My friend thinks its just a FOB thing though because her mother (Indian) is the exact same way...haha.
