Most of Manhattan is pretty safe. The other Burroughs, you should be more wary but most murders are often gang/drug related. So don't join a gang, don't buy drugs from gangs.I don't know anything about Miami. I live in the South. SOME people are backwards, sure, but that's true of anywhere. California isn't off the hook as far as backwards people are concerned (Prop 8 HELLO, not to mention the anti immigration wack jobs and I'm sure there are people that hate black people in Cali). I haven't experienced any first hand racism, and I am mixed (asian and white). IP: Logged |

Yep there are some people who hate blacks here, but the blacks can still walk around no matter, whereas in Texas, if you enter where you're not wanted, watch out. And racism goes the other way here, too, with a lot of blacks hating whites, in fact, if you're white and call out a black person for discrimination you will get laughed in the face, but if you're black you can swing the race card all over the place and everyone will take everything you say seriously. Plus if you commit racially motivated crime in California, lord help you. _Everyone_ will be on your tail, it will never go away. The worst in CA is for a white person to commit a crime against a black person, not so much the other way around. And it's also backwards in the fact that if someone is charging after you beating your a$$, and you try to defend yourself, you my dear will go to jail, you both will go to jail for assault. lmao! Regarding death, I wish I have researched it more, but I haven't, it sounds v. v. complicated.
My thinking is I'll die when t.Pluto (my h4 ruler) is in Pisces going over my Pisces Sun in the 8th simultaneously squaring Uranus (Uranus also rules my 8th)..I also have some pretty gnarly transits that precede that. I'll be surprised if I live to see that aspect in the 'rear-view mirror', lol. Anyway, accidents tend to be Mars/Uranus, explosions of anger, etc. belgz, if it gives you any perspective, I know someone closely who has Mars in early Aries, sq t.Pluto & t.Libra
You know what happened..he fell and tore his achilles heel v. badly and has to be home from work for about 3 months.
Not to say he didn't overreact to the news of the 3 month healing process lol. The poor guy got very depressed and all Pluto about it. But now he sees the positive aspect of it (it works out well for his company's decreased budget, taking him off the payroll for 3 mos, etc.) and is doing much better now with only a month to go. Girl, don't you have Saturn conj Pluto in the 1st anyway, lol.
You can get through these worries and have a wonderful time.
I think these feelings are somewhat tied to t.Pluto in the 4th and general security fears.
Just be sure not to let anyone strange into your home, keep it v.secure, etc. You'll be fine. Use common sense..I actually think your Cancer mars is getting emotionally thrown off course by t.Pluto.. Cancer can be very full of worry, too. You can meditate, practice some psychic protection, maybe drawing a pentagram above your head and above the plane, car etc. when you first get in to protect yourself or imagining yourself in white light, wearing black obsidian, these are supposed to be good at deflecting negative energies. LOL Lonake you made me laugh!!  at Venus in leo and gold chains.. Yeah but it looks more like something to do with one of my friends, I am worried about them more than myself. I can handle drama but I can't deal with guilt. It is just weird that all of us have T.Pluto making a bad aspect to our mars. Check list: Avoid wearing bling
