My dad has this. (also tightly conjunct north node)

he had a stuttering problem growing up. as an adult, he combats it by speaking slowly. usually he is ok but sometimes he'll pause for like 30 seconds and i am like " dad! WHAT?!" LOL

funny but not really idk.

My younger cousin had a problem with this, off hand i don't remember her aspects, but she does have a pisces moon.
