My dream job would be to be Indiana Jones (both his academic job and his adventures). I'm too gutless though for all the death defying feats.Neptune in Scorpio in the 10th (aspirations to be a character in a film that uncovers mysteries and secrets, maybe). Merc, Sun, Plu, Ura conjunct within 5 degrees in Virgo in the 8th.

The most euphoric moment of my life, I think, was giving a poetry and performance thingy (see how great I am at describing things, lol, it's late) for the English Dept in college. Only two students per year were chosen, according to their year long portfolio.I could do that everyday, and never get tired of it, I think.
I know there are more reasons, but I never remember astro details, except for.. Merc conj Neptune in the 7th.
Most of my poetry is about, guess what?

I would like to play music with a group of people.
I would not want to be in a loud, raucous setting.
At some point, I am gonna play my guitar in a nursing home ,hospice or similar setting.Neptune in the 12th trine Mercury and Sun in the 8th.

A writer (of books) or an actor in Sci-Fi,Fantasy, or Historical fiction films. I also wouldn't mind living amongst picturesque nature and growing my own vegetables/grains. Strange, I know. Venus in Gemini/5th

I have no idea... sometimes I want to work with animals all day (and spend a lot of time outside). With my energy levels the way they can be, I'm not sure that would work - unless my body adjusted to it. Three years ago, I walked around the Cleveland Zoo, for the better part of seven hours, and felt *great*. During the week or so afterwards - and even now - there are times when I wish that I could be there all day, every day... I can't believe it's been three years already. Art - drawing and painting - was my big thing for years, and I still see myself in my head, doing both. I know that I should spend a little time on something every day. I prefer doing my own thing, but would like to have *some* interaction with the outside world. Working from home is perfect, or spending part of the time in an outside office - a place where I could take my pets with me. I need (and miss) a certain amount of structure, but also need my space. There are so many things I would want to try - that might be my Gemini Moon/Venus + Aries Sun talking.  Working with wild animals in their natural environment, but I like my own creature comforts, so I don't know how that would work. It would be nice if I could do something that was actually helpful in some way. Animals, and wishing that I could do something helpful: 6th house Sun in Aries.
Working alone, in something creative, wanting my own space: Mars in the 4th in Pisces (house starts in Aquarius).
I enjoy working with others, when the job is the type of thing that I would need a little *oomph* to get started on... or when I'm learning something new, or could use a little company. (Saturn square Jupiter & Pluto? Jupiter is in the 5th.) IP: Logged |
