Well, this filmmaker became the source of the most horrible nightmares - both in sleeping as in waking moments- I can remember. I think part of me is still recovering.  He`s "just" a filmmaker, I am aware of that, but something about his films almost feels like a "personal attack".
Maybe he is just digging up archetpyical / primal collective fears, and I am reacting very sensitively to this (but I could have done without that horrible, unfortuantely true, vision back in the days!)
This actor - one of the director`s favourites at the time - somehow became the trigger of all of this. And on top of that the trigger to one of my most vivid past life recalls (within meditation) -a ctually the first one.
Surprisingly it got backed up many years later.

Lonake,yes, I find asteroids superb for illustration / imagery. First chart has no aspects my nodes as far as I can see. Second`s chart Osiris conjuncts my NN by 2 degrees.
Mercury squares my nodal axis exactly.
Mars widely conjunct SN (4-5 degrees). Not as strong as I would have thought. Funnily this chart`s NN is on the same Sabian degree as my Aphrodite. First chart`s Nn conjuncts my Nessus exact and SN is conjunct my Sun on 26 Sag. IP: Logged |

His Mercury closely squaring your nodes is important. I would say something to the effect of..you need to reconcile what message he is sending you in order to develop along your nodal path.
Sometimes the Merc person could act as the node person's mouthpiece in a sense, saying what the nodal person can't say, to push the node person along as a secret helper.
Or the node person could use the Mercury sq person to be their mouthpiece to the outer world, and instead of saying what the node person can't say, now they're saying what the nodal person won't say, so that they can get their nodal needs met, sort of like letting Mercury yap on because it furthers the node person's aims, and they can just quietly get on with whatever they're doing in the background, now happily unfettered.
But the first part makes sense with what you wrote..
I'd also, but you've prob done this already, get a good symbol book, like the one by Cirlot, and look up anything in those films that stuck out to you, these things that resonate with you on an intense level. Maybe one possibility could be that integrating their qualities could push you forward? Just one thought.I really pay attn to squares to the nodes in synastry now. IP: Logged |

Lonake,that is a very interesting view on Mercury - Node. And I agree.
Funnily though back then I had the habit of talking along while seeing something, just thinking out loud about something, and he would be saying something on screen that could have been taken for an answer to what I had been saying. I have that sometimes with others, too, but with him it is a consistent pattern. Not liking all the things though. Spanky, will do if i get home.
From what I remember is that in the first chart´s and my compi there was Moon on the ASC opposing Lucifer.
In the second there is a Moon-neptune conjunction in Scorpio. IP: Logged |

Lonake,yes, I always found it to be a bit creepy. Usually I am lighthearted about synchronicities, but maybe due to the dark subjects this kinda crept me out a bit. Anyway here are the requested charts, Spanky. with the filmdirector: synastry

DDThe first thing that jumped out at me was the Pluto/Neptune conjunction. That seems to be the strongest aspect that makes sense of your feelings. Also oddly enough the exact conjunction of asteroid angel. Strange to say the least. Will peak at the others now... IP: Logged |

Yeah when I saw the synastry with the first one, I was like Pluto-Neptune of cousre is generational and collective, still it definitely resonates.
BTW these two composites back up my theory on Anubis even more.
In the first case Anubis is squaring Moon and ASC. In the second case Anubis is on the IC. IP: Logged |
