I have Mars conjuction Jupiter in my natal chart. And in synastry his Uranus and Neptune conjuct both my Mars and Jupiter. Any idea what that can mean?

What does the rest of the synastry look like? Those aspects you have mentioned would be down the list on what to look for..if you post the charts I'm sure some people on here will be able to guide you, I'm only a beginner
