i can't from personal experience how it works out in synastry but I have it my natal and it is all about adjustments. my emotions are not in sync with my ego.

thanks for the input Cappy,

that makes sense, i guess in synastry that translates to ones emotional needs are met on and off by the Sun individual? perhaps the Sun individual feels its off and on when it comes to the moon's support,

perhaps the moon doesn't support the Sun's goals.

perhaps the inherent energy of the aspect remains that the sun and moon have a need for eachother, dependency? or could it be the opposite between these two planets? rejection?

I should be very interested in your answers since I have a Sun Quincunx Moon in our composite (in synastry ma sun opposes his moon).

The quincunx is like when someone says"Whaaaa?"
You don't "get" it.
You look at the person like a dog cocking his head lol

A Sun/moon quincunx in synastry would have to be worked out in a round about fashion.
You would not "get" each other directly so you would have to try to reach each other with other aspects which were favorable.

Well come to think about it.....duhhh...I have this with my SO...My moon in gemini to his capricorn sun. I do feel like he doesn't get me sometimes, like he's not listening to me.
