I dont think rising sign factors in height too much... Unless its decans or something. Like, I know 4 scorpio risings and they vary in height except the two males who have the same degree of scorpio are both 5'9

I would think that what ever sign your chart ruler is in, could play a big part in your height.

My partner is a Libra rising with Venus in Sag, and she is 6'1

I'm a first decan Scorpio, and have Uranus conjunct my ascendant. Pluto, the ruler, is squared by Saturn and opposed by Jupiter...

Both of my parents are short... Mum has an Aries or Taurus ascendant, and Dad has a Sadge ascendant. My sister has a late-degree Pisces ascendant, and is the same height as me and my mother.

The other two tall pisces risings I know: 3rd decan pis and 2nd decan pis

My father not sure of his but seems to be from what I've gathers and doing a noon time birth chart is very Sagittarius Rising and is 5'11" (also a Scorpio w/ a Cancer moon). My mom seems very Aries Rising and is 5'3" 1/2 (she also is a Capricorn w/ an Aquarius moon)

It's not just the rising involved. From what I've noticed, people with planets/angles in double signs tend to be taller, fixed signs tend to be smaller. Saturn aspects are on the smaller side, as well. But there are always exceptions... *sigh*

Not to mention that it's not even just Astrology involved - if you're underfed as a baby, also that has an effect on your size when you're an adult. So even if you have a chart which points to someone being tall, if you had a problem (virus, some other sickness so you couldn't eat, problems with your stomach which needed to be operated, etc...) which resulted in not eating enough, you're probably going to be average size.
