May as well get some popcorn, sit back and enjoy the movie that is your life because whatever you do to change destiny/fate will simply re-direct you back onto your fated road, just like your Tom Tom would say "turn around where possible".
Very true. Although we can effect our future karma, what we have done so far to get us to the pre destined set of circumstances that is this life has a large degree of fixity to it. I often think to myself (with god in mind) whatever i did (in the last life) can we just say i'm sorry and start again. I mean i obviously didn't understand the consequences in the last life or i wouldn't have done it now would i. Now i understand can i be forgiven. Those who are truly repentent should be forgiven. I am one such person. The only bad things i do now are use petrol, and be blunt to people all the time and stuff. But big f*cking deal you know. It's hardly a cause to keep someone in this hell is it. You can't put someone among all this and not expect them to have a bit of an attitude about it. ------------------ Lack of Earth - Lack of bu11shit. IP: Logged |

if youŽre honest to yourself, and with sincerity when you deal with others, with no masks whatsoever,,,,,well it is to be expected that often people will not deal with it kindly. they dont like to be reflected on others - You - when you show them what they need to know about themselves.i know..many times i did saw myself reflected in otherŽs words and i didnt liked what i saw - that is why i used to be angry and hurt and feeling like a victim, not facing that if i wanted to be the one i wanted,i had to 1st be responsible for who i am and my choices. and often i blamed them for being blunt, calling it insensibility or lack of understanding. the truth is....when youŽll feel really good about yourself, accepting you like you really are, everything else will just mirror that too - from people to circunstances. this is true for sure, the most powerful thing in the world is Love.and love comes with forgiveness. by forgiving ourselves 1st and then the others. i also think that part of our Life is pre-destined...we pre-sent that too. but...i also believe that some of the things we chose to experience can be changed, when we change ourselves. not that we resist something, but simply allowing things to come, and if we do not need to experience more, than we ask for our intuition guidance,it will show us the way too. I don't know PDF about affecting future karma. I've gone through karmic hell and back, paid back all that sh1t and now having done it all, i'm not even sure that karma even exists! The space i'm in right now is perfectly described in this link. http://www.hauntedpress.net/What_is_Enlightenment.html I dig what you are saying though and wonder whether it is our own mental state that perpetually holds us in these less than perfect life situations and not karma at all! Have you thought that maybe you are keeping yourself, subconsciously, in this hell (whatever the hell it is that you are in?). Is that a possibility? IP: Logged |

Laraim starting to think that too...from all that ive been reading, and then experiencing and by looking back to the past.... karma surely plays a part, but the way our Mind works, our thoughts are processed...plays a much more bigger play in how our Life goes. im currently reading Louise L Hay and she states this, how our mind/thoughts create the feelings - and how these then undermine ( if not based on love, faith, compassion, trust) our Life. it has many interesting perspectives.some of them i already read in other books too. of course that.this all is an unconscious process...and to change it we simply must be aware of them 1st and then able to take control over them. not easy task but certainly possible when persistance and patience is there. the best part of life for me is watching people grow. It's the most wonderful thing to be lucky enough to observe growth in another, as l am presently seeing in you online. Awesome stuff Diandra! IP: Logged |
