We already have asteroid Lilith # 1811
traditional mean BML (default on astro.com)
h13 true BML (or Drudj)
h58 Dark Moon (Waldemath) Lilith
and now we have another 1 or rather 2 BMLs!

h21 interpolated Lilith (lunar apogee) (or Razi) and h22 Priapus (lunar perigee)

So what’s the difference? I take it h21 is another corrected version of mean BML because it is never further than 5 degrees away from mean BML. (and true BML is never further than 30 degrees away from mean BML)

I have not read the book on Priapus and int.Lilith by Koch and Rindgen though but from what I read on the net they are supposed to form an axis just like the angles or Vertex/AntiVertex, East/West Points, N/S nodes and represent, I will quote Carl Jung: 'unconscious contrasexual (and sexual int.Lilith for women and Priapus for men) personifications of human qualities that are complementary to the character of the persona and inevitably projected upon a real person or object', ok ... but Priapus and int.Lilith are actually not always opposite each other (e.g. my Priapus is 24 Sco and int.Lilith 5 Gem) so I don’t think they can be called another axis then??

I am not sure about h21 and h13 because I never really looked them up in transits/solar arcs/progressions but mean BML does work! As far as Priapus I don’t know what to think because it is conjunct my Juno so it’s hard to tell ... anyway, the most interesting thing is I have them all activated in synastry with mon chou (I will list only conjunctions)

in my natal chart:
his name asteroid conj my mean BML, then
in synastry:
my true BML conj his SN (2)
my DML conj his Sun (1)
my int. BML conj his Moon (1)
my Priapus conj his Sun (2) and his NN (2)
my asteroid Lilith conj his Draco DSC (2)

I won’t go into his BMLs aspects with my planets and points not to get boring just want to mention that we have Priapus/NN double whammy.

So am curious to know what you think about int.BML and Priapus (especially the latter)

Personally - I've decided to mostly use h13 as it seems important in my natal chart.

I haven't completely ruled out the astro.com Lilith but I can't be bothered with the others.

edited* negative Priapus: although Priapus was oversized, he was impotent. He seemed to fail at everything he tried. He was compared to an ass and ridiculed. He lent his name to the disease priapism, an incurable illness where the penis remains painfully erect but incapable of ejaculation. Ended up as an obscure gnome.
In a book 'Phallic Quest' by James Wyly Priapus is seen as an apt metaphor for the modern-day inflation of patriarchy - its grandiosity and search for more and more power.

positive Priapus: It is curious that in primitive societies, phallic symbols do not usually refer to sex at all. They usually symbolize mana, or spiritual power. These symbols would be displayed on occasions when the spirits are being called upon to increase the yield of corn, or fish, or to heal someone. The connection between the penis and strength, between semen and seed, between fertilization and fertility are understood by most cultures. So Priapus, in its best manifestation, can represent devine creativity.

I just hope it does not make me the toy of my Shadow but seriously Lilith myth resonates strongly with me.

All of them are kind of crucial in my chart...

mean BML opposite Sun (0)
true BML opposite my Sun (0)
Priapus conjunct my Sun (0)
OSC Lilith conjunct my IC (1) & contraparallel Moon
DML square my Sun (2) and chart ruler (2)
asteroid Lilith opposite my chart ruler (2)

there's also White Moon Selena its conjunct my NN by 3.
