Solar Return

I dont know where it comes from...this anxiety,that is overboard concerning relationships.

She always was a person that controlled emotions,more racional,more pratical than me.

Now she´s having general anxiety,pannic attacks,she doesnt sleep well,or eat well.is always very tired too

What do you see please?

i want to help but dont know how...im suspicious that might be somehting unconscious,deep inside her psyche,something traumatic that might have happened in the past ( not necessarily in this life) but somehow came to the surface now and it´s influencing the recent love relationship.

She has Uranus and Jupiter in the 12th for her SR and that would explain the insomnia. I am sure there is more...without bringing the asteroids into it which I am sure are going to be echoing the main planetary stuff.

Pluto on IC sounds like old inner wounds being re-slashed to release the inner pain trapped in the old wound. That Saturn on AC looks so confronting and inescapable.

well that is what ive been doing..trying to see what she has..asking if she needs anything...perhaps im not doing the right thing not that you say that...gosh...

i know that all is for growth but really it is hard for me to see my sis like that.

ive been sending her lots of love and healing energy - just being here for her.

Change is the only constant...Bashar says its one of the 4 creations...we cannoot run away ffrom that...i hope that it smooths the process meanwhile.

uhhh i dont know much about the fixed stars though...hope you re right Lara!

it is also hard cause my chart is similar to her,only far away for 15 minutes and yet..we+re so different...and im gonna have all those transits she is having now.

You mention her having controlled emotions and seemingly stable persona, well she is not letting her emotions have a say in anything and will only let a percentage of emotion squeeze into a situation and only if she has already calculated that what she is allowing herself to feel is manageable and predictable, normal and light.

She is feeling the threat of her structured world collapsing and could have a breakdown due to being so tied up in confusion that she can no longer do a thing.

The super control = mega don't trust, and mega disappointment in possibly what she thinks is someones regard for her potential - I think.

Suggestions: she can escape and start all over in a different locality but then she will eventually end up in the same mental/emotional state after about 5-7 yrs because her control approach by mental reasoning is confining her to an emotional prison.

Without this being a sure fire solution at all, I have an inclination to feel that this is best as a short term pressure release valve. In the meantime she needs to become conscious of her mega control on freeing of emotional content - perhaps via analysis with a good professional. Many things she is sitting on need to be unearthed.

I think things can be sorted easily in terms of this unearthing, once she finds the focus 'key'. After that things will tumble and fit and she will recover her sense of a more balanced self.

I can maybe spend time to back up this with chart delineation etc, but I can't promise anything.

When Mars transits Jupiter soon she will have the opportunity to unleash a large volume of a theory/story that she has not allowed herself to free up due to trying to keep it under the mat -could be in relation to mother/older sister.

When Uranus makes final oppositions to Mercury, and for some reason I can't quite say Ascendant, then she will likely have the internal environment to take a more enlightened and honest look at her situation.
