Wow Soooooo many ppl have passed away during this Venus return. Everytime I turn around someone is telling me someone has passed away. I remember the last Venus RX it was the same way. Wonder why that is. Has anyone else experience this..

My dad had a stroke, and his sister had a stroke 3 days later, all this past week. Both are alive and fine though.

I know of someone whose dad passed away in the past week, and have heard of more than one suicide happening.

There were two deaths in my life during the eclipses/eclipse period.

Did they have anything in scorpio or was venus their chart ruler?

The suicide thing I am pinning down to the intense scorpio energy that has just lingered due to the rx.

I'm not sure on the suicides, because those I know of, I heard about from others - I didn't know them personally. One was only twenty-four years old.

It's Rx in my 1st, but I actually cheered up this past week, until Thursday evening (when the Moon was in Cancer).

I'm glad everyone is okay.

Diana is definitely onto something. To look at it simply, Venus is dithering around in the house of death & transformation. we're bound to hear about people moving on from this life.

I was going to use the term 'pass away' but it just didn't feel right. The soul lives on

My best friend's sister was found dead in her sleep last night. She was in her early twenties.

I don't know what her chart ruler is, but she is a Capricorn Sun. It was such a shock and I feel sick to my stomach. I've known her since she was 7 yrs old.

I read something today in an Astrology section of a magazine that mentioned how Venus retrograde in Scorpio hasn't happened since 8yrs ago in 2002.

The writer then put forward her idea that the two times will be connected. For example, it will be like you get a chance to readdress some of the issues you had going on then.

She gave her own example, that she was at the time redecorating a flat or house and this time she found herself doing the same thing again but realized that she had made improvements to the way she went about things to the last time.

I thought of my own situation and 8yrs ago I can see that I had similar elements present then to what is going on with me now - and I have learned by the past as well.

what were you doing when Venus was retrograde in Scorpio 8yrs ago, from 11 Oct to the 22 Nov 2002? Have you noticed elements harking back to that time and do you see improvements and foresight in the way you approach them now?

I had to bring this back for a question....

I remember reading this thread & I thought ok....it. happens?? What a coincidence? Much sympathy for everyone that these passings have caused...{{hugs}}

But to get to the point....my brother in law became terribly ill tonight & my sister dismissed it as his fever "breaking". I told her to take him to the ER asap (we live right behind the hospital)...she told me that I'm a drama queen & I am the reason why hospitals run on a deficit..(he doesn't have health insurance) blah blah...I'm a nursing student & mother...I know when something is wrong....even when he fell to the floor in convulsions she still felt it was minor & no big deal...needless to say, I made such a fuss for him to go and she took him. He couldn't even stand. His pupils are the size of saucers and he is delirious not to mention the convulsion or seizure he had...he is now admitted into the hospital with low blood pressure, liver & kidney failure & they had to insert a central line. He is a libra with a gemini rising and now I wonder if the effects of venus are getting him? I think its tylenol poisoning...my sister kept giving him tylenol pm's every 2 hrs plus he was dehydrated. And who knows what he was taking when she wasn't home? Any insights if anyone thinks this the effects of venus stationary (right?) After being retro?

Thank you racole....my sister should be thanking me for being a drama queen. Normally I'm not even when it comes to my son who is usually hospitalized every 2 months but something was so out of whack with my brother in law being sick. He's now in ICU with pneumonia & septic with a urinary tract infection. The dr told my sister she was lucky she brought him when she did because he wouldn't have lived thru the night...that would've been one horrifying way to wake up. But by being a drama queen got me to light a fire under her behind.

My update on my dad's sister (a Gemini, but I have none of her birth info) is that after her stroke she had an aneurysm and had surgery and has slipped into a coma
She's been like this for the past week I think.

I'm noticing the gemini placements...you think this a pluto transit thing going on? Pluto is going through my sister's boyfriend's 8th house squaring his sun.
