Saturn and Uranus transits see to coincide with weight loss. Starting off with Saturn... Did you lose weight with Saturn cnj,sq,opp your sun? or chart ruler? Hard aspects only. IP: Logged |

oh wow I will totally get back with you on this and check out my chart....because I lost about 65 lbs this year...I think I would be a good candiate to look at, and it kind of just melted off. Yeah I have had alot of stress, which could of gone eitehr way on the weight issue though..IP: Logged |

Mercury is my chart ruler.When I lost weight I had Tr Mercury opp N Saturn
Tr Saturn opp N Mercury. No Sun-Saturn aspects. IP: Logged |

I started to loose weight as Saturn was in my 6th house. It was a extremely slow process. Very little at a time, once Saturn hit my dsc (uranus in my 1st) and conjunct Pluto, the weight just dropped it seemed week by week. I have lost aprox 30 lbs (I think not sure).. Saturn is still in my 7th, I have been loosing weight like crazy, Im not even trying. But it could be stress with just having Saturn in the 7th... lolI use to wear size 14 pants, now I am at a 6. I lost about 30 pounds when Saturn went over my Sun. But then I gained it back during a sucky Jupiter transit to my Venus. I was at about my highest weight I had ever been last year, and then Saturn started squaring my Chart Ruler... I lost about 20 lbs but through diet and exercise. I'm probably gonna gain it back if I don't watch out. *sigh*IP: Logged |

Yes, last year I lost quite a bit weight (but it coincided with my vegetative system acting up a bit and deciding that certain kind of food is not good for me; well, always listen to your vegative system  ).At that time I had
Tr Saturn square Sun and Mercury
Tr Saturn conjunct Mars/Saturn-mp Unfortunately I gained some of it back, but I am watching out, and just restarting over and over again; it demands patience. I did lose some of it again, when Tr Saturn was conjunct Pluto. Another thing I found interesting is that the effects of Tr Saturn in my chart seem to have an orb of exactly one degree, no more no less; at that frame it was like a quantum leap in effectiveness.

Transit saturn trine my venus is always a good period for me to think one more time before i pick something in my mouth. I've never had any problem with my weight.IP: Logged |

Sun is my chart ruler, and I will say that I have progressed Saturn conjunct my sun.
I also just had tr. saturn leave my 2nd house virgo..which makes sense,I value health greatly.
