I have been speaking online to a woman whom I could be meeting in a month or so (first time meeting)I had a look at our charts, and I am trying to work out what issues we would have as a couple. I'm going to attach the charts. Could someone with a bit more knowledge give this the once over and let me know if I am looking at something which has trouble written all over it? Many thanks IP: Logged |

I think you guys are gonna get married. I also like how your sun conjuncts her Vertex. so cute! she's going to be stoked to see you for the first time, that's for sure. IP: Logged |

I counted:My mars conjunct her mercury My mars conjunct her moon My mars conjunct her chiron My venus conjunct her mercury My venus conjunct her moon My venus conjunct her chiron My jupiter conjunct her mars My jupiter conjunct her sun My mercury conjunct her venus I might be wrong about the distance between some of them, but I thought they were all close enough to be within orb. I might be streching it with the last one. Thats why I thought I would mention it. I did have a woman once who had her vertex conjunct my sun once before (not quite as tight an orb as this one), but I am interested as to why you would suggest marriage. Can you see anything in the chart that is going to be really difficult? The reason I ask, is that I, once before, had a woman with moon in taurus, mars in gemini, scopio rising, but definately had the vertext conjunct my sun, and it ruined me when it ended. Although she was a cancer and born in '79. I must admit, this girl is cool. I guess this time, I am doing a little homework before rushing in, whihc is what I should have done last time. Thank you both for your input. I'm going to meet her in a month. IP: Logged |

Vertex is a fated point you see, so they will be important to your life in some way (even if they don't end up with you till marriage/death.My vertex was conjunct my ex's vertex and his vertex conjuncted my DSC and my vertex conjuncted his DSC. There are alot of other aspects but just to let you know he was and is still very special to me. I learnt a great deal from the relationship. So ooh hope you guys will really hit it off and go the extra mile <33 IP: Logged |

" I am doing a little homework before rushing in, whihc is what I should have done last time."Yea, now's a good time to do the homework. Cos when you meet her you're gonna be throwin it all to the wind. IP: Logged |

LonakeYou can say something like that and leave a guy hanging. I would agree with the Vertex. Meeting my ex, who my sun was conjunct her vertex, changed my life and though it hurt, I'm greatful for the change that came about through meeting and being with her. The problem is I got burnt. And it did not end well (as mentioned) AND I completely threw caution to the wind in meeting her. I dont want the same thing to happen again. Infact, if major imcompatibility issues exist between myself and basma, I'd rather not meet and avoid putting myself though it all again. I guess that is why I am asking about compatibility, the 9 conjunctions, what what incompatibilities where there, and were they major ones. Thank you for helping me with this guys. IP: Logged |

I believe you should go with what makes sense to you, and forget the astro for a bit. If you want something negative, in my experience Mercury sq Saturn in synastry is a marker for rejection, usually by Mercury of the Saturn person. Not always, and not always immediate, but often somewhere along the line. It's one of the toughies. Another is her Sun opp your Neptune, meaning you'll tend to promise more than you can deliver. Neptune/mars is sort of sexy but could get kinda torrid. But synastry is really hard to read if you're not even interacting in real life, cos you can't tell on what level the 2 people are operating, all you can touch on are possible tendencies, which amounts to jack. Ha ha well put.Well I would agree with you about the jack part. I've seen TOO many instances of horrible aspects between couples being overruled because they dont let it get to them. There is a part of me which is alway going to try and find fault with something (vir asc/pis des), but I guess I have to remember that I am not ruled by these things. I think I was all excited by the conjunctions and I am super excited about going to meet her. In that back of my mind, I worry, but there is nothing in the charts, I feel, that would say to me "actually, lets not go there this time" I fly out on the 4th. Still curious as to the marriage suggestions though. Maybe you all just WANT me to marry her. IP: Logged |
