I do this a lot, and I think I've seen this in other scorpios or scorpionics..

I often keep my judgements to myself-positive or negative- and show it later through my actions.

Especially, when it's huge, like, at the beginning/end of a friendship/relationship.

Have you ever witnessed this or are you like this ?

Or is it my cancer asc or libra venus etc..

I'm Scorpio and I think people can usually tell how much I like or dislike them. If I like them I'm really chatty, friendly and warm, if I don't then I'll still be civil but I'll just try to speak to them as little as possible and wont open up at all.

Some of them don't know HOW MUCH I dislike them though. They think I'm just indifferent or we don't connect, but I actually I can't stand the sight of them, haha.

Yours sounds like the Cancer ASC, to me, Swirl.
Cancer waits in it's shell and assesses situations,particularly if it will be rejected

I have to say, I'm not always like that

It's only in cases where I have to evaluate the situation first, and decide what it is I'm feeling, happiness, anger, resentment ..

i keep my opinions to myself unless i'm asked or i feel very strongly about something (usually negative)...if i like something or someone, i'll say so, if i dont i'll say so...for example i let my mom know i hated her ex and i let her know i like this new guy shes talkin to and for small things that i think are unimportant then i'm gonna keep my mouth shut unless asked
