If you HAVE an unaspected planet, could you explain how it feels from the inside ?

Could you describe details. How does it fit in your life, relationships,interactions?

If you could give stories, that would be great, the more the better

If you have had a close relationship with someone with an unaspected planet, I would like to hear how you perceived that person with respect to that unaspected planet.

It is hard to describe an unaspected planet from the inside out cuz you don't SEE it as the "owner" of it.
Others see it ,more.

It has to be "turned on" by some event(s) and /or it comes out as you learn to become someone with your own identity more : as you develop the confidence that it IS OK to be yourself .

The unaspected planet is a potential gift which COULD stay unopened, too.

Yes. If I not count asteroids and parallels my Jupiter is unaspected in house 10.

House 10 and jupiter work by there self. Jupiter also in exact parallel to my ASC and Sun.

My job is an important place in my life. I've always good feelings to be there. I feel my education and job was meant to be because my bad marks in school. I was so lazy. Every time they put me to the university studies I was shocked... and say. Why me? So bad marks and the school want me? It must meant to be....

Yes, asteroids, parallels, even minor aspects don't count in terms of being unaspected.

Thank you ,Popcorn.

OK Benedict, I understand if you feel tapped out on the subject. This is JUST my 4th thread on it

Maybe, the people with unaspected planets can talk about how OTHERS see them.

When people on LL tell me THEY can see my Venus, it helps ME to see it.

That is actually how I started owning it more.People on LL encouraged me.

And no, its fine...I just dont think you all want to hear about my unapsected venus over and over again. I'd be curious to see if others can sense any venus in me at all though. I seriously feel like I have no Venus principle.

Well, Benedict, an unaspected planet is buried, by nature.
You HAVE to unearth it in the same way you have to forge an identity in life.

IF you want to talk about it ,here, we can maybe figure out ways for you to try to bring it to fruition,more. I am trying to do that with mine,now.
That is one of the purposes of my writing this thread, again

I CAN see yours, Benedict. You have a charming ,self deprecating humor such as when you talked about your hair disaster during Venus Retrograde.
I think that the unaspected planet is such a unique entity that a person has to have the confidence to be different .
The person has to be able to be who they are without excessive fear of rejection.
I HAVE excessive fear of rejection or have HAD it so my Venus' expression was buried with the fear of rejection.
Now, as I strive to be myself, not a cookie cutter version of someone else, I am discovering this buried part of my identity.

God yes! One way I see it is in your artful wit. Beyond that, there's this cool, watery sweetness about you. Your Cap Asc is strong, but (probably bc of my own Cap influence), I see the tenderness there.

Plus, you're clear & analytical (prob the Virgo Moon), direct & driven (Aries Mars) while also being socially intelligent. I'm sure your Cancer Sun gives you enormous sensitivity and empathy, but I think your strong Venus is what keeps you socially smooth (usually ).

And that's just what comes through here, which is probably only a snippet of who you are.

If you feel like you're not "conventionally" Venusian, that could be from your strong BML influence. It's not that you're not living Venus. It's that you're also living BML.

Yes, I remember some of your chart details. It's easy to do, since I have them written on this framed photo of you I keep on my desk.

Oops. I've said too much...

Ami -

You're like a giant Venus glyph. Diplomatic, interactive, gracious, forever curious about the "feeling nature" in people.

It's so funny to me how the natives don't see it. Trust me, the planet's obvious to the rest of us.

~~~
Are either of you crazy for Venus things: the beauty in clothes, any art form, decorating? The sensual pleasure in food, nature, and...other things?
Basically, is one of your passions in life a Venus-centric one?
Do you think I have an unaspected Saturn? The "Orbs" of the Ptolemaic aspects are too wide!!
Saturn opposite Moon 9.51
Saturn trine Venus 9.24
Saturn quincunx Sun 1.19
You Do, Winged Leo. The quincunx does not count.
Diablo has one, too.
Saturn is good, unaspected, as is Uranus. By good, I mean "easier".
Saturn, unaspected has some hardships such as having to bear too much responsibility at some point in life, I think.
The person can feel overly responsible and overly guilty.
However, after they work through that, they have very high integrity and character.
Yes,Pluto Squared,as unaspected Chiron counts,I think, but I have never read about it.
Perhaps,you will be a strong healer after you integrate Chiron.
I will look it up and be back later, if I find info .
Winged Leo -
I would count that quincunx. The real test, imo, is - do you feel it? When you read that aspect's description, does it hit home?
My brother has a Moon-Saturn quincunx and a Moon-Mars opposition. (Both narrow.) Both influence him, but he says he feels the quincunx more often & with greater intensity. Non-ptolemaic aspects can be just as influential.
If you feel that quincunx, then there's an energy exchange going on. Then Saturn is, by definition, aspected.
Ami -
You're welcome.
On the downside, your unaspected Venus probably contributed to your difficulties with integrating your Pluto and Mars. Your Venus is so strong & since it's in Gemini, it can relate to others in a way that conforms to the other's thoughts. You can easily sculpt yourself to someone else's vision. BM's Gem Venus is countered by her Aries Mars, a formidable foe. Your Cancer Mars faced a harder challenge with asserting its will. Plus there's the house placement difference.
Jane
what a profound insight. That is so true. It is very hard to define myself in "strong", definite ways cuz I my natural tendancy is to try to conform like water in a cup to the shape of others
Grrrrr
You have given me a very valuable insight that I want to try to digest. WHY do I do this?
I am gonna meditate on that?
What are my true and core reasons?
Thank you, but you already knew that, right? I've long had the sense that you already know all that you're learning here. I've seen you say that Neptune distorts. That with Neptune, you can't see clearly. But, correct me if I'm wrong , you don't seem blind to me. YOU seem perspicacious and penetrating. I don't think it's sight you need, but the ability to hold that thought.
That's why I think what you're doing with your mom - interacting with her - is therapeutic. It's a second take. That revision is a very Gemini thing to do. You're taking in the same data, but now you're letting your own mind make sense of it. She leaves your head as you fill it.
As to why your soul is more flexible than a yoga instructor...oh, why is anyone anything? Is our identity our present point in our path through time and form? Is some if it brand new in this incarnation? You don't want me to dust off my Philosophy degree and start rambling.
Awwww, you guys are awesome! I'll respond more in depth later after this paperwork.
Ami: I know what your talking about re: rejection, and thats a HUGE problem for people with Venus issues.
Jane: I didn't realize it was my BML that was overshadowing it. It makes so much sense now that I think of it. Thanks sooooo much for the analysis!!!
Count me in!!!
And in the meantime re:
I once had (well maybe 'have') a really bad shopping habit that I've curbed recently since school started (Taurus Jupiter??). I messed around with make-up during the World Cup in that artful sort of way too. I also enjoy writing and watching musicals....like older Bollywood films.
I have too much of a fondness for food in all its delights which I always attributed to my Cancer Sun/Taurus Jupiter. I can see how Venus may play a role too....I can REALLY enjoy the taste and smell of certain foods. Theresa Guidice of Real Desperate Housewives of New Jersey made an excellent cookbook that I was reading in Barnes&Noble...literally made my mouth water. That's the sensuality, I suppose.
Oh wait, it is more than just food. I missed the rest of your question...LOL. I really enjoy the sensual pleasure of alot of things....too bad some of those things I haven't partaken in over 2 years. I pray you are getting the hint without me having to reveal too much. hahahahaha
I'm a closet Hedon. *sigh*
I have a definite idea what I want in life as far as love(Venus)
I want to be strong enough ,inside, to be able to give love and if I am rejected, be OK with that.
My mother made me feel I was stupid and naive cuz I was a very soft hearted ,giving child.
I took her messages in to my life and am STILL afraid to love.
If I could get to the place I described, I will have a happy life, I think.
When I say "give" love, I mean more than just a Significant Other relationship.
It includes that but I mean being able to express love without excessive fear in many relationships.
I am compliant cuz of fear of rejection.
I accepted the belief that if I was strong and independent , I would be cast off from my family which I WOULD have.
However, I still live with the same belief.
I feel that I will be threatened if I have a strong, discrete, separate identity.
I feel a fire alarm go off,inside, when I dare to be true to myself
