This person has 3 planets in Virgo and possibly Virgo AC. They have many Virgo-like traits. Their house is extremely clean. They are very picky with details. They are health conscious to an extent that is almost overdone. I like these things in their personality. I think it's all great.My problem is that they are also a"know it all". I realized this of late.. I explained to them that the UV index in Australia is usually extreme and that they should take typical precautions: wear an SPF 30 sunscreen.. Sun tan for brief periods at a time..wear sun glasses, go out in the sun 2-3 hours before and after noon etc. So the very next day this person goes out on the beach at 12 noon on the dot in their bikini with next to no sunscreen on because they didn't have much left and didn't want to buy a new one.. I mean this is someone who is generally neurotic about health matters. I found this really irresponsible.. And they've made a habit out of it. It's almost like they can give advice and dish out criticism mainly when it comes to health concerns..but they can't accept advice. I have a feeling that simply because I was the one to tell them about this -they're choosing to ignore it.. They make a joke out of it and tell me things like "oh that's just to scare people.. You don't really get skin cancer"... And "it's a little overcast anyway so it's no big deal". But the UV index can be extreme even when it's overcast. This is common knowledge - in Australia at least. It's like they are being completely mindless about this issue and I'm concerned. Is this Virgo-like behavior? IP: Logged |

Check your synastry with her. Check the Mars, Moon and Sun in synastry, I would guess.

It's the moon that's going to be responsible for this mainly. I have an Aries moon and do NOT appreciate unsolicited advice. In fact I used to go out of my way to not take it to prove a point (combine Aries moon with Mars in the first).Look at their moon  IP: Logged |

lol Ami, my mom used to do the same. I blame it on her double Aqua stuff. When I was in school we had a 50s dance with people dressed in 50s clothes, and the parents were invited to mingle (yeah, that's fun). Everyone was dressed 50s style. My mom dressed like a hippie. I don't know what all the talk of Aries Moon is about. They're sweethearts. It's Libra, their opposite, to argue/act contrary just for the sake of it. Surprisingly. Aries does not want to argue, they want to get on with it. Albeit, they dont want anyone telling them what their path will be, but they want to just get on with things, not incite. This post has turned into straight up RUDITY!  The biggest contrarian I have ever met was an Aqua Sun/Virgo Moon, and it didn't help that he had a Pisces Mercury because his arguments never made sense (and since he's a Scorp Rising, he had a good way of making people feel dumb for not getting his nonsense). I only push arguments when I really really feel that I am right. Libra Moons don't typically like confrontation because it's messy. Libra placements, however, do make the native see all sides of a situation so I may offer counter points, which may seem like being "contrary". But trust me, when I'm pushing an issue, you can tell.
