No, these are right. It's because when sabians are listed, they are listed as 1st degree Aqua, which is actually 0 Degrees Aqua. So some sites list them as that, and others as the actual degrees. But the CafeAstrology sabians list the same as this one.... my Sun at 19 Aqua is "Big White Dove bearing a Message [of peace]" on both sites... maybe it's because it's going with Mean NN instead of true NN because it lists my NN as 25 Pisces, which is the mean, as opposed to true which is 23 Pisces. My (mean) NN sabian is:
