earth and air are detatched.

water and fire are the intense energies imo.

uranus can be intense.

but look for charts with strong fire and water, or squares between fire planets and water planets (e.g. plut-mars/moon-sun/mars-moon, etc)

To come across a certain way, is what we're speaking of, correct?
That's different from an inner experience, in my estimation.

Maybe here we're speaking more toward Asc & planets aspecting Asc, or placed in the 1st.

strong mix of water/fire -

Pluto in the 1st house (along with mercury/venus/ and others)

Sun in Leo, in the 12th square neptune.
Mars in Leo in the 12th - Singleton (a singleton mars in the 12th sounds dangerous)

Moon in Cancer Square Uranus.

celebrity - tupac shakur,

definitely an intense personality,

he had if i remember right, moon in aries -pluto opposition, moon & pluto square sun, mars in aquarius.

and he was a gemini.

we have different kind of intensity,

with water signs, it tends to be an emotional intensity, or atleast fueled by emotion.

fire i think is intense by boldness, assertiveness.

Air im not sure, not sure how to describe uranus, just unstable? perhaps that is air

earth? unsure.

but combine the irrational, emotional intensity with the boldness and assertiveness of fire, and that to me is the definition of an intense person.

my mother when she wants to be is like anyone else, and laid back, but there is an intensity underneath iv yet to to see be matched by another woman.

my mother is small, about 5'4

yet, for example, on a bus that was filled with people and there was hardly any space on there, her and some school children wanted to get on, the bus driver didn't tell people to move down for the children but when my mother got on, she went into her intense mode shall we say, and everyone moved right back on that bus, no one questioned her.

its not just the intensity of her, its actually the will and "confidence" it takes, to tell a bunch of people you don't know, waht to do, very authorively and assertively, and aggressively toned perhaps.

Ami, i think the singleton mars is a big factor in her personality.

i think it surprises every person who comes accross it because my mother doesnt look like she could intimidate anyone. looking at her you just wouldnt expect it nor would you by how she is when she isnt being that way.

she is intense and all of that, but i believe its the singleton mars that gives her the will (along with pluto in the 1st) her asc is in virgo) to actually express it so animatedly and openly to people without any apparent restraint or fear.

and i believe its because mars is singleton (trying to express alot subconsciously? run wild?) but being in the 12th makes it even more unconscious to my mother i think.

mars and sun in leo with pluto in the first, but also the "unstable" moody moon in cancer square uranus.

i made one mistake, my mothers mars is not in the 12th, its in the 11th house.

which kind of makes more sense actually.

i thought it made sense when i thought her mars was in the 12th being expressed even more unconsciously to her being in the 12th. but in the 11th i think it explains how this singleton mars that is roaming free and wild in the natal, is being expressed mostly around or onto others (11th house) perhaps this adds some aqua/uranus intensity to the mars to, unpredictability.

the 12th house stuff still works for this mars because its depositor (Sun in leo) is in the 12th house, and that sun squares neptune. which rests in scorpio! (pluto) interesting.

honestly, i think i see how one who would have this energy and chart as a parent, would have it represented by Moon in Aries in their natal and Pluto in the 4th house.

a martian/firey/plutonian parent.

it makes plenty sense to realize her singleton mars is conjunct my asc by 2 orb and trines my moon by 0 orb. so my moon and asc always felt the heat of that singleton mars.

I've got an 8th house sun, I consider myself intense (but in certain situations, randomly, probably 'cause uranus is in scorpio in my chart)

Mars in Fire.

3 or more personal planets/ASC in Fire and/or Water.

Libra sun
Cancer moon
Virgo mercury
Scorpio Venus
Cancer mars

Those are the opposite of my placements.

I actually know a person with a similar chart, only scrambled -

Cancer sun
Scorpio moon
Cancer mercury
Virgo Venus
Libra Mars

She is very annoyingly intense.
