Can anyone talk about this. I have no earth.
This is the most common void.

Earth Absence
The limited presence of the Earth element in your horoscope suggests that you may have some difficulties dealing with practical and mundane issues; in fact it may be said that you are not really at home on the planet Earth. You may seem to be somehow lost in space and unable to get your feet on the ground. Because of this you may reject responsibility and have trouble getting organized and following through on a task. There frequently is shown a childish inability to handle mundane tasks, and you may be one of those people who needs help to accomplish the simplest fix-up chore. Material matter and money may be secondary concerns, and you may not be particularly interested earthly possessions and material gain. Sometimes persons with an absence of Earth compensate by expressing a compulsive trait toward neatness and detail, and a forced concern for organization. More often, the absence of earth signs means good old fashioned common sense may not be your strong suit.

LOL

Dear IQ
If you are reading, how would you describe an earth void ?

I have an Earth Singleton!!!!

I GUESS THAT DOESN'T COUNT If it helps though, it's Neptune, which isn't the earthiest of planets. I know I've already kind of discussed that with you, Ami.

Discuss again, Amwols

A singelton is strong earth ,though.
It is the opposite of an earth void, I think

i have mercury and uranus singletons, both being air planets, so for me who has lack of air, my chart STRONGLY makes up for it

and a singleton is simply the only planet in an angular house etc or the only one in a mutable sign etc....uranus is the only one in my chart in a mutable sign and mercury is the only one in a cadent house

I have no Earth, except for asteroids or progressed planets... I have Saturn squares and a sixth house Sun, second house Neptune, that I think balance it out a little.

My progressed Sun has been in Taurus for most of my life.

My ex and my oldest girl have no earth in their charts - planet wise but have other things in their charts that make up for it.

He is not that grounded in reality and his head is in the clouds about some aspects of life and my daughter, I'm not sure follows suit. She has a lot of water in her chart and I see a bunch of emotional stuff coming from her.

Myself I have 4 earth planets and am grounded and very practical. Even my earth houses are loaded......

lol thanks so much Lara, this is so me (moon is my only earth placement). I feel completely identified with what you posted. I copied/pasted it on the chat for my BF and he just might start believing in astrology. :P

Well, since it takes my mother and Cappy sister to 'remind' me to eat...I just went without food for ~ 36 hours before my friend reminded me to eat

My sister has almost no earth except Neptune in Capricorn which is the dispositor of her sun (and NN in Cap too). I guess that's why its not as noticeable in her: She's very reliable and grounded as has alot of practical ambitions. Yeah, you would never guess she had the earth singleton...or maybe its that strong.

Well Benedict,
The singleton could make the element stronger.
I keep forgetting to look up Singletons lol

I don't have any planets in earth. I'm lacking in a lot of areas because of it. I am very restless and have no idea how to incorporate responsibility and stability into my life. I search for people who can for me but then in the end we clash either way.

I have an air singleton technically, but I also have 2 planets in air houses. I think Lala had said that having stuff in the houses ruled by the element will balance it out and from experience...I would agree.

My sister is still nebulously piscean with the feet off the ground and somewhere else, but terribly reliable at the same time....haha. It must be that dispositor.

I only have Neptune and MC in Earth (Capricorn). Overall I do tend to be organised, efficient and practical :s But this maybe due to my Venus/Saturn conjunction giving my that groundness.
Most of my placements are Fire with strong Water influence as well.

I am thinking that Singletons and the Voids are TOTALLY different experiences.
If you have any planet in an element ,you do not have a Void.
You need to have no planets in an element to have a Void.

Benedict, I'm like your sis, I just have one planet in Earth - Neptune in Capricorn, the rest of my chart is mostly fire with a bit of air and a splash of water.

But when you lack Earth you need to be around more grounded people, like I gravitate towards more earthy/ watery people. The one good thing about lacking Earth though, is that there is just one speed - go go go!
