hmm, in staring this thing over i think i know why we're so close. since we're born close together (almost 6 weeks), as with anyone born close together, all our outer planets conjunct. however, our suns and moons are both actively (and positively) interacting. my venus, oddly, makes no real major aspects (funny cuz i love him soooooo much. maybe being UNaspected to his stuff is somehow stronger?), but his venus conjuncts my mars/merc exactly. his mars opposes my saturn tightly too, so yeah, basically ALL of our personal planets are effected, mostly harmoniously. interesting!

oh i get it.. okay, so it's balancing, widening, stretching, soothing our natal oppositions, is that it? wow, that is such an amazing concept, actually. and they make a circuit, informing eachother within this empathy, or maybe more aptly, sympathy (sextiling/trining). beautiful. i like it.

also, our ACs are trined by one degree.

is that the basics of the rectangular aspect, lara?

yeah, i guess that means my brain is totally attuned with his love nature, and we bring it out in eachother. we TALK all the time about how much we love eachother too (always did). is that how you experienced the aspect, popcorn? were you venus or mercury?

My fathers merk conj my venus(/N.N/mars). He is 80 and feels like my best friend sometimes.
The people and friends who have their venus conj my merk/uran or people who have merk conj my venus feels very very special into me.

All the people l have studied whom have been together for years and still are together have geometric synastry whether its a magical rectangle, a mystical triangle, a grand trine or a grand cross.

Geometry is very powerful in synastry and composite. In fact, without something in either, l never really think the relationship will last
Of course this is all my tiny, small-minded opinion observed from my ivory tower lol

thanks lara, yeah initially i thought it was a 'mystic rectangle' but then i vaguely remembered (or thought i did) that the oppositions had to be snugly within the confines of the rectangle, which ours are not. i think for each of us those oppositions are very much 'felt' and represent some deep family wounding and that is how/why we have always been so close. i like your theory, and just based on the fact that this is in our charts and the feelings of love and inseperability between us is so strong, i would tend to agree. because the circuit created in the geometry would result in a continuous flow that would engage the people in an automatic way, whereas without that, you're only gonna have scattered aspects which will come into play as they are activated, and lack a certain consistency the closed-loop of geometry would provide. i'm just going on feeling, but in this case with this guy, that feeling of inate harmonization was always THERE. perhaps because it involved our moons as well.

my composite geometry with my daughter is just wild. we are also extremely close.

i like your theory!

huzza! you have a house too!! i love the grand trines there and sun/venus trine moon. my daugther and i both have sun square moon so the opposition couldn't be helped. i do hear, though, that in a composite, it brings people very close.

yeah, that's bizarre lara. we must have some similar configurations in our charts then. my girl's pretty spirited too, and also a total sweety. i think a lot has to do with their suns and moons at aries points.

yes and with different planets in the house configuration, too. we weren't even born close together! i guess it just goes to show our sweeties are blessed; i think it's pretty sweet to have such a composite with a parent.
