The answer is so easy. You have 3 planets in Leo TRINE to his Aries sun...............even though you are a Cancer Sun Sign.

The Moon in Fire still has some power to it......Sometimes when the calculate the orbs between sun-sun, sun-moon, moon-moon. The will use 15 degrees when doing up the synastry. But I figure the hard core ones may use a 5 degree orb or even tighter.

Yeah I kno, but Nodes give an inescapable feeling of fate and love like nothing else.

It's the feeling of, "LOVE". Deep love.

Especially with Venus and or Mars there.

Also they make things shift and change your destiny. So this person isn't likely to change yours, nor can you change his.

But the Moon is conjunct the SN in the composite.

That is actually a quite beautiful composite chart.

Venus trine Pluto is too wide in the composite.

Venus is trine Mars that should be felt more and also Venus is opposition Uranus means the relationship comes and goes.

It's beautiful because for one the Sun is conjunct Jupiter in the 7th house in sensual Taurus.

The grand trine is nice...

I disagree about nodes because some people are not necessarily looking for their other half to find "enlightenment" as it were. Sometimes, relationships don't need to be the be all and end all.

That's you.

But I guarantee the person you marry will have node connections with you.

I always look for Node connections in synastry.

I say that there's a good chance that you'll be together... in the progressed synastry you have your Venus trine his Sun.

His DSC is in Taurus with Venus in Taurus conjunct his DSC. So he's looking for someone very Venusian (if not a Taurus). You are a Libra Rising and have an angular Venus.

Yeah, that is me. And it's you who looks for OMG NODES.

My parents (one example) have been married for 25 years and they don't have significant nodal connections.

Lol it's not your thread to invite me to. This is an open discussion. You're basically telling a stranger that her relationship (or potential relationship) will NOT WORK based on the fact that they have no nodal connections. This person is new to astrology so she might take your word for it. I'm just here to reassure her that there is a chance.

I have experienced all sorts of crazy nodal connections. Like DW Sun conjunct SN by 0-1 degrees with a guy who I barely talk to. In fact his roommate is more into me and I don't activate his NN at all.

Nodal connections aren't always common in marriage. I see it sometimes, but I can think of 4 marriages off the top of my head that are still together or long term (over 10 years) that do NOT have any nodal connections.

A lot of times the nodal ones (people I know) don't make it to marriage. Maybe there's an unrequited component to nodal contacts. You see it A LOT in parent-child relationships.

But I agree that when it's there it's very powerful. It's just not necessary for marriage or a long-term, even forever, love.

Oh I'm basically telling her that?

I'm telling her it's not a DEEP IMPACT relationship.

You need to work on your comprehension skills.
