There is a ton of interesting articles on this site.. I don't know how accurate they are, though.

Venus out of bounds

Planets are "out of bounds" when they achieve a declination greater than the maximum declination of the ecliptic (23N28 or 23S28).
Out of bounds planets are said to be beyond the limit, "beyond the norm", beyond expectations,... Out of bounds planets represent something EXCEPTIONAL and the greater the declination, the greater the extraordinary influences.

When Venus, planet of love, beauty and harmony is out of bounds, there is a huge need to live in a harmonious and beautiful environment without arguments and disputes.

In male charts we have observed that they almost exclusively have been married to extremely gorgeous and highly attractive women. These men prefer exquisite and EXCEPTIONAL beauties.

I used to have this every eight years (in Olympic/US Election years) in my Solar Return chart.

I assume everyone experiences this conjunction in their SR with some frequency given Venus's eight year cycle. Though I haven't researched it yet.

Year 1, Sun 18 Gemini-Venus 28 Gemini-retrograde.

Year 4, Sun 18 Gemini-Venus 18 Gemini, direct

Year 8, Sun 18 Gemini-Venus 28 Gemini, retrograde.

Interestingly, as of 2004 Venus went retrograde close to my Sun @ 17 degrees.

2000 Sun 18 Gemini-Venus 17 Gemini, direct

2004 Sun 18 Gemini-Venus 17 Gemini, retrograde.

2008 Sun 18 Gemini-Venus 18 Gemini, direct

2012 Sun 18 Gemini-Venus 14 Gemini, retrograde.

hmmmmm....Does this imply I've already met my soulmate, I sorta feel that way (met in 08, busy love year)...though we aren't talking at the moment. Or, perhaps my window for finding love is slowly closing.

I don't know what to make of the philandering husband or lover bit. Yes, all my ex lovers have cheated, but I haven't gained a cent from them, teh basterds!

Materialistic: Yes and no. I want someone who looks good, smells good, who is independent and who has dreams and goals to chase and conquer. He doesn't have to be rich to be that.

For me I find this to be a little bit true.

The one that I find most true is that environment is extreamly important. ((No bathrooms at the club/bar or going beind garbage dumpsters in the back ally for me,! ha!or a room that is too cold.))
