I have the circle with the cross in it conjunct my MC (10th house), what could this aspect mean?

I also have mars conjunct the P.Fort with both conjunct the MC (if that helps)

I have this too! (in aquarius) No planets in the 10th though and have never been career minded. I too wonder how this plays out.
