What does it mean about the person if they have their AC, sun, and moon all in 1 mode.

mine is virgo, sagittarius, and pisces all being mutable.

What does that mean about career possibilities? interactions with others? things to look for in a mate?

It means you're highly mutable.

Not sure about specific career or partner traits, though. Those are specific areas of your life. Look at your 10th/7th.

It means you don't want 'the feeling' of being tied down. You could have a stable job but it would have to be one that gave you leeway in terms of making your hours/flexible schedule, different duties as opposed to one set job and one set schedule, which would bore you to tears and cause horrible performance. With love it's the same, you could have a steady partner but that partner would either be multifaceted like yourself, or somewhat more grounded to contain your energy. In general you'd like various activities, meeting new people, various hobbies to catch your interest and would tend not to get too bogged down in any one person/thing.

I have 3 mutable placements (Sun, Neptune, Uranus) and I get bogged down in things and people a lot, read: obsessed. But that's my strong-ish Saturn/Pluto, which gives some claws and stability.
