Flirting is not rubbing yourself up against someone. It's called perving. Big difference. Next time he does it say something sweet like "Mind my knee doesn't accidentally collide with your nuts" I suspect you are attracted to him still and this is why you are making excuses for basically unacceptable behaviour. Is he married to a relative of yours? Do you feel some kind of power making him feel like this? Not criticizing, just observing. I think secretly the pair of you are playing some kind of game.
