tonight I was on a certain website where kids seem to go to, to share their feelings. I mean, these kids seem like they are on the brink of suicide. I feel that is my responsibility to help them in any way that I can. I began crying uncontrollable tears when I hear their stories.

Guys, I believe that you can use the internet to save lives. You can save an entire human being by just showing them the light that they are. We should all just go on forums helping people in anyway that we can. Use this technology for something good.

I'm with you... Only I let fate decided... People come to me for guidance.. I can't go and do it, i get to emotionally attached, and I would get obsessed with helping.. I feel the universe brings certain people to me.. It that sounds crazy.... lol... I also do this privately never discussing it..

Where is your Chiron and what aspects does it have?

Banx, reading your other posts you sound like you might even be having a minor kundalini awakening. http://www.elcollie.com/st/symptoms.html I could be entirely wrong too.

mochai, I have every symptom listed on that page. Last night I almost went mad. I had to focus as hard as I could to convince myself that I wasn't part of some game that kids played where they would kill me the same way every time and every time I would forget, so this process would occur forever. Imagine waking up each day, doing the same thing and at the end of the day a trigger goes off, your body becomes extremely cold, you melt into this game character that dies, there is music and a theme song and everything. It was a de ja vu experience that made me think that this happens always and I am trapped. A surreal terrifying moment that is really hard to put into words.

Wow, yeah you definetely have kundalini going on. There is a lot of disagreeing information on kundalini and no one knows for sure how it operates. I'm trying to think of a good site to recommend without sending you into kundalini overload as focusing on it can make it worse..

Some basic rules:

1. Try to keep your back strait and do not lay on your back if you don't want it to rise.
2. Drink a lot of water, preferably non-fluouridated.
3.Meditation is tantamont to putting gasoline on a fire.
4. Energy healing is tantamont to putting gasoline on a fire.
5. Work on grounding whether via visualizations -daily- or running or walking.. I do that in conjunction with grounding stones like tourmaline and hematitie Try to stay -here- Part of me did not want to ground as the energies are intoxicating, but when you can't work and end up in a mental hospital you will regret it. Being in nature is also grounding as is eating root vegetables supposedly
6. Loving everyone unconditionally is the easiest way to handle kundalini
7. Concentration will increase kundalini as well so as hard as it may be, try to spend a lot of time integrating whatever energy is present and doing nothing.
8. Finding a creative outlet is frequently espoused as being important and I can't tell you how many times I've been told to write in my visions
9. You are going to attract negative beings at some point. Stay loving and that should keep them away.
10. You are not the next messiah anymore than everyone else is. There are times when you will feel very arrogant.
11. If you become obsessive about sex, try to make it only in love.

Oh yeah, sadly kundalini will make you fall somewhere on the crazy spectrum, if only temporarily. Understand that and that most people can't understand that and what it means. If you do experience psychotic phenomena that is not spiritual it might be much more related to problems holding you back than a permanent psychosis. What you're describing sound symbolic along those lines. Anti-psychotics, alcohol, and anti-depressants can slow the process down and prevent healing, and I think in the long run make it worse because Kundalini can be toxic to your system in the long run. Your body is not designed to handle extreme long term kundalini exposure.

Many would suggest incorporating yoga into your routine, but if you don't know what you're doing in yoga, many of the positions are designed to cause kundalini to rise.

In my own experience I was okay with my kundalini until people who didn't understand what I was going through started putting me down and I'm stuck in a world of should right now wanting to conform and I'm subsequently angry and hostile. Bless the people who don't understand it and know that kundalini arousal is covered under spirtual emergencies in the DSM-IV bible for psychological diagnosis on the off chance that it comes to that. It is outlined there not to medicate spiritual emergencies.

Finally found an outline of some safeties.. these should keep your kundalini more positive and less destructive.. http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/the-safeties.html

If you need an outreach or support, there is a forum dedicated to kundalini, albeit from a christian perspective here http://shalomplace.org/eve/forums/a/frm/f/25010765

Lol, I just saw your post about being on drugs. That explains everything. Now I know how similar kundalini is to being on drugs.

Thank you so much Mochai. I was on the drug dxm which I am sure had a lot to do with it. I'm not touching that stuff again.

EDIT: so this was just a drug experience and had nothing to do with kundalini?

Well if you have all the symptoms.. particularly the kriyas or involuntary movements than I would say it's kundalini, but I was going off a lot of what I saw with the drug influence. When my kundalini is really bad I'll have random spasms, and the guy that I see who has kundalini experiences worse spasms than I do and I can 'feel' his kundalini if you will. People who have it also have a strong presence that I'm beginning to sense. My boyfriend doesn't even have siddhis developed . If the shoe fits you probably do. People can have it for years undetected, and it's only within the last year that I could actually feel the energy pulsing up my spine, but I had it earlier.

I had started meditating just a little over a year ago and I began to feel my chakras for the first time. Now when I meditate I feel an energy come over me that I have no control over. It "breathes" within me to its own movement. Last night, I was vibrating to the point where it sounded as if my voice were shaking when I would talk to myself (Like I was talking while riding on a vibrating motorcycle or what not). My feet became like ice and it felt like I had to focus to keep them from melting and floating. If you know what I mean

Wow. Sounds like an amazing experience Some people will try to pass all energy fluctuations in the body as kundalini experience, but I can't say I'm entirely sure of that. Kundalini definetely has it's own energy movements throughout the body, and I can even feel it going up the ida or pingala as well as down my leg which apparently is bad. Sometimes it'll stop and pulse fervently at the solar plexus if I'm thinking a particularly egocentric thought. As long as you can keep doing it, I would continue to meditate . You sound like you're about to start astral projecting if you haven't already. Strangely I haven't had a lot of experience with feminene energy short of a deva I spoke with. Usually mine is hot which is masculine.. probably because I need the balance. When I started trying to heal the world via reiki, I was predominantly channeling feminene energies.

see this is the thing that scares me. What if I find out how to astral travel and...what if I knew how to astral travel as patrick white and conned some 8 year old boy out of his body? I know that sounds weird but possible. It reminds me of the horror movie "Childs Play" I wish and hope that it's not true. I just don't understand the weird coincidences with this guy.

I don't think you're evil. All souls can astral travel to one degree or another. If you felt exceedingly detached from your family after the age of 8 I suppose it's a possibility, but I feel a parallel life may be more probable though the event probably only came up as a teaching. Usually a soul bonds with a body early on and the lower 3 chakras will always stay with it even if there's a walk-out, so by 8 years old would be a little late. The one person I heard of who actually recalls coming into a body late as a baby was a good person and I think it was agreed to between the souls. Even if you are evil, that's part of many people's evolutions on earth to experience that and suffer the karma as a part of learning. During kundalini the endocrine system can be overstimulated, especially with caffeine from what I hear . Maybe you should see a psychic about it or something.

If I were able to remember things that happened before I was eight years old does that mean that this couldn't have happened? Because I am pretty sure that I have memories before I was 8 years old.

Usually walk-ins will remember the memories before the walk in but will feel extremely detached from them, like they happened to someone else.

Yeah I edit too much.. but you sound like you could use some grounding. That's also coming from a place of empathy having freaked out about similar things.
