Here is my natal/transit chart for dec 2 2010.
Dec 2 2010 I will have a court hearing regarding custody of my baby.

65-70% in your favor. Main danger is Moon opp Moon, I think the strong Sagittarius trines to Moon and Moon trine Natal Sun could offset this opposition.

IQ, well it was 40/50
I won (40)some , the father of my baby won some (50) 
But I was surprised, I think my ex are still not over me.
Even my parents (who were there) noticed that. My mom told me his eyes changed when he was looking at me. But at the same time he hurts me so much.
What is up with that? What makes him to be so obsessed with me? I just want to run from him and this situation.
Power play? But he is not a bad person... he really is not....(Or at least I want to think that) and the only way he can hurt me it is via my baby. and he is doing just that.
I do not get the guy... I do not. I try hard but it is beoynd me.
He is much younger than I am, He can meet somebody his age, marry, have kids and leave me heck alone. I am not oppose for him to have a meaningful reltionship with my baby but all my good will just lost in vain. he keeps hounding, persuing. and I can not stand it. I NEED MY FREEDOM. I feel like a bird in a cage.
He told me he loves me, but how can u love somebody and hurt them so much?
Another thing, We only dated for couple of months, but he keeps telling me he cares for me and even loves me... how can u love somebody if you know the person only for 2 months? Beats me... it is not logical.Please help me to make a little bit of sense of this madness. If I only undesrtand, may be I can forgive.... Now I am mad, upset
and very resentful of him. Everything about him makes me ... well make my skin crawl
But it is not healthy not for me and not for my baby.

He did a bit better because he had even better transits, sky is Sagittarius heavy and he has a stellium there.He has Mommy issues. A Cancer Rising Male with Moon conjunct Saturn is hopeless when it comes to understanding women's needs, motherhood etc. Look at the Sun conjunct Neptune in synastry, you were his fantasy. You were his girlfriend and missing aspects of his mom at the same time. One part of him is passionate about you [look at the hot Mars aspects], the other part wants to hurt you by hitting you where it hurts the most: Motherhood. It is his way of getting back at his own mom for whatever reason, it is not personal. The man also has Retrograde Venus in Scorpio. If he has Nessus afflicting a personal planet, then he is a classical Sociopath with Mommy issues. You should not give up. You can still reason with him for the sake of truth/justice. Friends, family and all can reason with him, using his Sagittarius traits. Social Pressure invoking his generosity/honesty [whether true or false] is a good tactic with heavy Sagittarius Males. Parallely, the fear tactic, he must be told of "what if" he hurts the baby. You need extrenal support here, mutual contacts etc.
That will work on his Cancer Rising insecurity and might just convince him to postpone his sociopathic impulses, and see the light. IP: Logged |

Yes, I think you are right he has mommy issue
(our age dif is 8 years)
But what do you think about karma conj my DC
and Valentine conjunct MC.
Also you mentioned Moon conj Saturn is hopeless in regard of understanding womens needs (BTW you are so right about it he is clueless) why can you elaborate little bit on this subject.
He has some abandonment issue. His mother was a mistress of the much much much older man( 36 years dif). He basically rarely saw his father. He have never had a real rel. with a woman before. He had one (5 years) but it was a long distance rel. He have never lived with a girl.
He is bright and charming that why I liked him in a first place. But after he started to control me, my FB statuses, name calling I saw his real face.
PS: Mars.... I hate mars, His mars conj my eros and his phyche conj my eros.

Valentine conjunct MC alone is not good enough. Valentine conj Asc would have helped.
KARMA conj DC indicates there was a karmic debt between you two which necessitated dating or some form of partnership. Moon conj Saturn is hopeless only for Cancer rising men. Other ascendants can deal better with this. The same person would have been different and better with a Leo Rising.
A non-Aquarius woman also would have been treated differently by him. He loathes your freedom and free spirited attitude, mainly because his mother would have been like that.
Can a woman be satisfied by a man 36 years her senior? He would have seen her other lovers etc and has been hating her ever since. He needs a shrink.
I think his Nessus squares your Mars, this makes genuine love from him to you impossible because there are no factors in your chart to counter this. Nessus sq Mars with other strong Mars aspects and no harmony aspects equate rough sex and animal lust from the male's side, that's it. There is no hope of a happy relationship ever re-occurring with this person. You have to smartly convince him and others that he is better off with the baby in your care.
