ok, so as i've mentioned i'm new to all this.
in a lot of my posts i get at least one person commenting on the orbit value.
so i wanted to make a post dedicated to just that.

START FROM SQUARE 1....i don't know ANYTHING about it
do u need to know the time of birth??
how do u caluclate it
just post anything that you think might be important to note.

you must know your birthtime in order to know the degree on the planets...when they aspect you need the degree to find out the orb, take the degrees of the planets and subtract them to get the orb

Orbs indicate how strong an aspect is. The closer to 0, the stronger.

Ie:
Say you have Venus at 1 Cap and Mars at 4 Cap. Venus is conjunct Mars by 3 degrees. That is the orb. That is a semi close orb for a conjunction.
