If my Sun/Moon conjuncts his Sun exactly, is that felt on both sides the same way? And does that go for every other Midpoint connection...?

I don't think his Sun feels your midpoint.

Also, the proper way of writing that would be that his Sun conjuncts your Sun/Moon.

For example, I worked with a woman who's Sun was conjunct my Saturn/Pluto midpoint. We became friends but when we first met she would always punch me really hard in my fore arm and it bruised my muscle. I finally told her that it really hurt when she did it so she stopped. She was a really tough person but we were great friends until that assignment ended. She did not feel my Saturn/Pluto midpoint on her Sun.
