Do any of you have any views on what it would be like for someone facing a Pluto transit to an axis, namely the M.C., what effect that would have on marriage?A Pluto Conjunction to any of the axis points seems to dramatically change things... Any opinions? IP: Logged |

Pluto transit Mc could indicate a dramatic change to home situation (by opposition to the Ic) which could be reflected by a marriage.IP: Logged |

Lonake,I don't know if it's just my experiences so far, but Pluto transits are nightmares... even the positive ones. I have heard a few rare stories about Pluto transits being "transforming" but honestly... I still get a bad vibe from them. I'm getting setup for a Pluto square Mars transit within 3 degrees in the next couple weeks... already I'm uncomfortable with it... IP: Logged |

Lonake,It's much worse. I feel like FILLED with base ego stuff... like a second primitive sight... Just today I blew up in a store, over the smallest thing - and that is JUST NOT ME. This transit is just outside of 3 degrees, now. I am definitely worried. IP: Logged |

My advice from what I know of that is to just work in your moments of sanity on finding a safe place to release the tension OR alternatively, find a place in your life that is just not working for you, something that you have been quiet about for too long, and use the energy to prod yourself toward positive action. When I'm overwhelmed with anger I use it to make positive changes in an area that scared me or did not sit well with me before, in addition to making an a.s.s. out of myself in random situations Usually the latter takes place before the former, ha!IP: Logged |

I mean, I suppose this stuff has been maybe backed up from a couple years ago, when I did not express myself or my anger.Maybe now I just don't have a choice, and that's what this transit is going to be about. That's a very hopeful and positive take. IP: Logged |

Yeah, that is funny. Lonake, I think you're a pisces? Very lucky. I have been blessed with Libra moon and pisces venus... but otherwise, I'm packed with fire... This is just really hard for me. IP: Logged |

My experience with Fire heavy people is that they sit on their energy a lot, and have to be careful otherwise it will try to consume them. They incredibly chart heavy Fire energy people I've known are about as far away from the Fiery stereotype as you can get.IP: Logged |

That's strange. Wonder why that is... I would expect that you'd get a complete impulsive mess with a chart full of fire.

I feel like Pluto's play thing. I have Neptune at 0 Capricorn, Ascendant and Jupiter at 3 Capricorn and Moon at 5 Aries. So, as you can see I have been getting tossed around like a rock in the underbelly of my subconscious. So much stuff has surfaced. One of my friends, who is also an astrologer told me that the Universe (Pluto) is forcing me to get rid of my need to be in control (Capricorn rising with Mars conjunct Saturn in Scorpio in the 10th house and Pluto conjunct the midheaven!)Its taken all of this time (going on 2 years of Pluto transits) to realize what is really going on. I have shed layers of beliefs (Jupiter) and personality traits (Ascendant). I have let go of people and all kinds of patterns but at the root, Pluto is about CONTROL and POWER. And Pluto is telling me to relinquish my WILL to the Universe. Its quite scary to a control freak like myself. But I MUST let go. Otherwise, I'll keep creating out of control situations to rip the illusion of control from my mind. Pluto wants me to be authentic to my emotional self (Moon) and stop squelching it or being so extreme. Either controlling to no end or completely losing control. I have to be a PEACE either way. Pluto is no punk. So just know that he is going to force change. And when you think you've figured it out, hmpf GOOD LUCK! Find something creative to do. Do the work and try to be as authentic as possible. Deal with EVERYTHING that comes up or else it WILL come back again and again and again until you get it. ------------------ my blog IP: Logged |

If it gets too bad, I'll just be a shut-in and paint the whole time. Good idea IP: Logged |

I think the thing with that is that Fire energy is very youthful and can seem naive in their enthusiasm, and others around them while young may reinforce that they need to calm down/grow up so unfortunately their gifts can get buried. It takes some work if they're interested, to be that 'child' in front of everyone as an adult, it's quite a dichotomy.IP: Logged |

Holy crap, Lonake. It IS quite a dichotomy, and that is incredibly insightful, because you just summed up a bit of very private "feelings" of mine towards my own nature - feeling childish. IP: Logged |

The soft aspects from Pluto are not hard on me (compared to all the conjunctions I have gone thru)...they are actually nice. But I haven't ever experienced T Pluto to IC/MC with a soft aspect. I have a Sag Stellium and my DSC is at 29 Sag. When pluto was conj my Sun I was severely depressed and thinking about ending my life. When Pluto was conj my Mars- I was ****** off at the world, blew up at a lot of people. When it was conj my DSC- a man came into my life that I felt like he's my twin flame (if there is even such a thing). I definitely can say Pluto completely changed the way I look at life... before I was a very happy Sag... now, I guess I see the world the way it is- true reality... but I believe everything happens for a reason... Racole,Having gone through conjunctions, would you generalize them together as stressful experiences, other than the meeting of your partner? IP: Logged |

it was a lot of growth (that I probably needed) but if I knew before hand what was in store for me I would of said, "hell no"... ignorance was a bliss! It was all stressful... IP: Logged |

I just looked at when Pluto was aspecting my MC/IC axis...first time was when I was 6 y.o.- it was Trine to my MC- my grandfather died and b/c of that we moved across country. (I don't remember my grandfather, but I remember the move- it took two days to drive one way...) second time I was 19 y.o- squared the axis- I moved away for college. Both of them were complete changes in my life, but not in a traumatic way... PlutoSq- I think there needs to be more going on with your 5th house/ruler and 7th house/ruler with Progressions or transits for a marriage to occur along with the T Pluto aspects... IP: Logged |

Racole12,The chart that I'm looking at (not mine), that has the Pluto conjunct M.C. also has Saturn conjunct D.C. about to conjunct Natal Pluto in 7th... It's just interesting, because in about another year, Both Pluto and Uranus will square the Ascendant, as well... Just trying to "read" and understand these major transits a bit better. Hearing others stories really help. Thanks for sharing your experiences, because they sound exactly like... pluto transits! IP: Logged |
