Also Michael Stipe, of R.E.M., he's mentions signs in some of his songs, and will go on about his astro makeup in interviews.

A lot of celebs will say 'Oh, but I'm this way because I'm (insert sign), so it's only natural.'

The amazing band TOOL. Lots of astro references and symbology in their art. Off the top of my head the singer James Maynard Keenan sings in the song "The Grudge", "Saturn comes back around, to show you everything, lets you do what you will,Saturn drags you down like a stone and lifts you up again, spits you out like a child, light and innocent". Then on the track "Reflection", "My moon tells me your secret, my confident, as full and bright as I am, this light is not my own, a million light reflections pass over me". Really deep sh1t unlike dolts like rob thomas singing about people pushing him around.

Marilyn Manson, has tons of astrological symbology in his art and music as well. He once changed his identity to Mercury and used the astrological symbol to define himself. He also has astrological symbols in the art on his albums "Mechanical Animals", "Holywood", and "AntiChrist SuperStar", three of the best records of all time.

Kurt Cobain, in "heart shaped box", "She eyes me like a pisces when I am weak". Also there are astrological symbols lining the back cover of "In Utero".

My favorite band, the most complex band and music that exists today, Omar Rodriguez Lopez and "The Mars Volta" obviously get their name from the planet Mars.

So my favorite musicians have used astrology in their music. All of these true artists are into astrology or at least use it in their creation. I am sure they have more references in their songs but I can't think of it at the moment.

Back in the 50's there was an astrologer named Carroll Righter who named himself "The Gregarious Aquarius" and he was dubbed the Astrologer to the Stars. His clients were: Lucille Ball (a big client of his), Cary Grant, Marlene Dietrich, Susan Hayward, Arlene Dahl and Charlie Chaplin among others. He would hold parties and lectures specifically for the celebrities and those types of parties still happen like that to this day.
