Where do you have planet EARTH?

Mine is at 8 Capricorn.

It states that this position is the solidity you have with each incarnation. It's the one aspect of your soul that is the same. This had me thinking about soul mates.

It's the opposite of your sun. I'm not sure I'd put that much stock into it, but who knows?

It's always opposite the Sun, so maybe you could say we aren't born with our Suns perfectly in place, they take work, so maybe Earth is our launching point for reaching toward our Sun....

I like it in the sense that many people seem to be guessed as being the opposite sign of their Sun, so it seems. ha, this would be one nice reason for that confusion.

My Earth,
"Earth in Virgo

This is the position wherein the ~Mother of All Forms~ can do an incredible amount of good to release the potency of the hidden Christ child in the Soul. This combination points to an incarnation in which the individual works hard at healing and making the life on Earth more whole. Spiritually, it is a very strong position given the fact that the Sun is in Pisces, and the energies of Pluto are also manifesting. The Earth-based focus gives Pluto a chance to ~unearth the Underworld~ evoking from the depths of materiality the essential quality of love which lies in dark obscurity for the majority of humanity."

Earth is primary placement in Heliocentric (Sun-Centered) chart. It is always exact opposite the Sun which is primary placement in Geocentric (Earth-Centered) chart.

My Earth is in 5'20 Taurus, and that's conjunct/oppose my Heliocentric transneptunian dwarf planet Eris Nodes in 5'30 Taurus/Scorpio. It's in opposition to transneptunian dwarf planet candidate/plutino Ixion in 5'25 Scorpio.

Earth in Taurus

A most potent position for the dispelling of material glamours and illusions. This placement reveals that one of the most essential tasks the individual has to accomplish is the creation of those forms which will be the proper instrument for the expression of the Will-to-Be. The Third and Fourth Ray combined in this position, providing a potent and challenging life. This soul-centred person would be constantly involved in the process of breaking down those forms and structures which are no longer able to transmit Light. The keyword for this position could be ~I break down and unblock~, as this function characterises one who is born with the Earth in Taurus and the Sun in Scorpio. It should be remembered that Venus, exoteric ruler of the Bull, is considered the Higher Self of the Earth. The Earth in Taurus helps to reveal the inner truth of the spiritual reality hidden all too often within the context of terrestrial life and material forms.

A good book on Heliocentric Astrology is Sun At the Center by Philip Sedgwick.

Yes, yes and YES!! I may only have my Saturn and Pluto in Taurus but my Nth Nord and Sth Node are in Taurus and Scorpio (respectively)

Having a 2nd house Taurus Venus, well my life has been all about that from having a father that came from nothing and making a little personal empire to it disappearing from my eyes so I have NO inheritance whatsoever (8th house Saturn doing its restricting thing, damnn it!!!) to having to turn to the adult industry to leaving that to make $15 an hour.

Having Capricorn on my DC, well my relationships have been about the "father figure".

Now running the bar at a strip joint, it feels like my mission is to teach ppl what Glaucus said.

For me, material possessions as shown by my natal chart is gained through my relationships with men, starting with my own father (before he lost everything and I magnified it with being a stripper)

Working in a strip club now as a "retired" dancer, its a good thing to see how far I've come when I have customers asking me for a dance and I shake my head with full confidence and say,

"Nah, sorry hunni...retired for good. Heels have been hung up forever. Now, scotch and coke, yes?"

I may be making not even a quarter of what I used to, but it is SO SO SO worth it for what I've gained through my higher self.

Trust me when I say, material possessions don't mean SH*T when you dont have personal happiness or content. In fact, $$$ ADDS to your problems.

Mo' money, mo' problems.

I have Sun in 5'20 Scorpio conjunct Geocentric South Eris Node in 5'29 Scorpio in 2nd which goes with my Earth in 5'20 Taurus conjunct Heliocentric North Eris Node in 5'30 Taurus.

It seems that my life purpose is about not going with the material status quo. If I embrace diversity and equality, I will find security even though my values appear to be controversial and discordant to others that embrace the material status quo.

I think if you have Earth conjunct Natal planets, you are showing your aura or true self with that..

I have Moon conjunct Neptune at 8 Capricorn.
