If you have this placement, or know someone with it, please share info on their sensitivities, or lack of, including aspects and house placement if you know it. How has Saturn impacted their life?

It's my favorite Saturn placement (no not my placement which is in Libra) so aside from meeting them (cos I can't custom pick them, yet) I want to hear from the astro gurus about how its played out in the people they know.

My maternal grandfather's had retrograde Saturn in Pisces in 4th in opposition to Neptune in 10th and trine retrograde Jupiter in Scorpio in 1st. It was also quincunx his Midheaven. Both his parents were alcoholics. His father even worked as a bartender. He was close to his mother who had him when she was weeks away from turning 14. He had 5 children. My mother was from his first brief marriage, and he had 4 children from his lifelong 2nd marriage. He definitely had his domestic responsibilities

He did manual labor, and he was a warehouse foreman when he retired.

He was an alcoholic too,and his life ended in suicide. He was sick with Hepatitis C and cirrhosis of the liver at the time.

I met her twice, but.. for hours hours and hours.
She was the g-f of the best friend of my Pisces-ex and about 7 years older than me.
I LOVED her from the first moment I saw her, and I can say that it's pretty rare for me to feel that way... I felt so comfortable in her presence and she listened extremely well,.. I made her cry just because I understood and could FEEL that she found The One after 3 marriages - The One that could REALLY listen although this worldly wise man was very battered and hurt by life.
She let me know she felt the same about me/(us).
I loved them both and I'm still disappointed that I will not see them anymore as it's over with my Pisces.

Her Saturn at 4* Pisces was exactly square my Saturn at 4* Gem and... right on my descendant.

Her Saturn was square her Gem-Sun (8*), trine her Cancer-Venus (7*) and opposite her Virgo-Uranus (6*).

(don't know her ascendant etc.)

Awww, how sweet that you like this placement.

I have this in the 12th conj chiron.

Hmm, can't say I am the loner type. I think I am more like Glaucus' grandpa actually. I am a bartender, and I love people. Esp really old and really young people. I think they are so beautiful.

But I have alot of domestic responibilities as well, and have ALWAYS felt, even as a child, that my life was not my own. It's difficult, but you learn to manage.

I have a terrible difficulty with math. It's caused me to not get my BA, because I couldn't pass my last two maths, which were advanced algebra and math in the modern world. I even had tutor, and couldn't pass.

Another thing I've heard from Saturn in Pisces is - self pity, and: feeling lonely for no reason.

Comments?

My mum has this, but for some reason she's very critical of Pisces people.
She kind of annoys me with this.. because I'm very close to my mum and I'm also close to my best friend who is a Pisces.... but my mum doesn't like her.
It makes it a bit awkward...
She pretends that she does like her ^ but Pisces girl is not stupid.

It all started when my mum found out that Pisces girl was sleeping with an older man who was also married at the time (this happened when she was 19, 8 yrs ago). Ever since then - my mum just sees her as the sleaziest person in the world.. and I can't say anything to change her mind. My mum also seems to hide my step dad from her... as though she genuinely thinks Pisces girl might hit on him... which is such BS - because that would never happen.

I feel like when a person has Saturn in a sign - they are very strict in that area and they have very high expectations... so when they encounter someone with personal planets in the sign... they can be extra critical. They can also care about the personal-planet person.. but that usually depends on how well their Saturn is aspected in natal.

I just saw your last question.
She is not the self-pitying type.. but then again she is a Leo lol She's the most strongly optimistic person I know, no matter what life throws her way. She is also an extrovert having a masculine Mercury and a Gemini Moon/Jupiter, so no - I wouldn't say that she feels lonely.

My dad is born 6 months apart so he also has the Pisces Saturn. He has a huge stellium in Aquarius including all his personal planets.. so he's always surrounded by others. I am not that close to him, but I don't *feel* like he has issues with loneliness.
