Hey guys. I need to vent a bit

Is it just me, or is this Mercury in retrograde driving anyone else insane?! The older I get, the more I get into astrology so I'm not an expert by any means, but I noticed that whenever something is in retrograde my life is so chaotic!!!

I even noticed this at work. I'm a teacher but my co-worker has been out since Monday. I've had a substitute, and she's nice and all but it seemed like we had some communication issues. Like, if I'd make a statement trying to find common ground with her, she'd refute it or say something totally different. I don't know. Its weird. Plus, I've been feeling really on edge lately (I guess I have moon in Aries to thank for that). I've been moving a mile a minute and I'm so exhausted. And for those that don't known I'm a Libra with Pisces (asc) and Scorpio (moon).

I have Mercury Rx.. I actually took time off from work, leaving my Boss alone... lol

I usually dont have bad mercury rx.. The last one though did kick my butt...

I had a gas leak, wash machine broke, water heater broke... One after another..

BUT...

The gas leak ended up being false, the water heater the pilot light kept going out.. The washing machine the hose got clogged.
The guy that fixed the water heater also fixed the washing machine... (on the side)
He wouldnt take a check for the washing machine, he wanted cash.. I didnt have it on me at the time...
he said no prob I will come back next week and pick it up when I check the water heater.. I said Ok... He never came back...

Yep this mercury in rx is really not helping in the communication department.

Everything in all realms is just not being received very well at all. It's like everybody is missing the point and whatever it is that I want to say is just not being communicated effectively, which is causing issues downstream.

I'm pretty frustrated at the moment. Just waiting for it be over. But I am remembering back to around this time last year when I think we had mars in leo going retrograde for a really long time. That was hell. Crossing back over my ascendant. The frustration of this Mercury rx doesn't even come close to that.

So I guess it could be alot worse... ahh memories.

my computer always gets screwed up during Mercury retro. but it usually starts before it goes retro, and i have to get it fixed during one. right now too, it stalls literally every 3-5 minutes for at least a full minute, making it just impossible to use it (but i'm stubborn, i'm using it anyway). raaagh!

Thanks for the responses. I was starting to feel like I was the only one that felt this way because I always read about retrograde etc, but I never actually see or hear about people that are seriously effected by it!

Delays, delays and more delays! That's all that seems to be going on right now. Can't seem to get out of that pattern. All sorts of plans has been put off, or canceled until the new year. Frustrating.

Mercury Rx always seems to bring issues in my life. The worst by far was Feb. of 2008. I started nursing school a semester early, because they opened a new section. Right dead center of Mercury Rx. I signed up, and wound up making one of the biggest, all-time mistakes of my life. Once the program started, there were delays, issues, horrible communication, and it never improved. Made Mercury retrograde a believer out of me, let me tell yeh.

Oh, and then there's the story of a couple my friends know. They had a quickie wedding in Hawaii. Very sudden thing, right when Mercury was Rx. The marriage barely lasted two years. Nasty divorce, too. Yeah, Mercury Rx can be a real kick in the tukus.
