Nicki,

Now Beijing-Mandarin is one of the Dialects of Mandarin.

Anyways, yeah even not every Chinese person can distinguish the technical differences of what constitutes a language vs. dialect. Just like how your average Chinese person might not be able to tell you things like why China started using a new system of simplified Hanzi around the 1950's. Or how many main languages or dialects exist. Even things like not every Asian holds their chopsticks correctly (even tho they're asian).

I'm a huge history buff, so I do find I probably know more about Chinese history than your average Chinese person...even though I was born & raised in N.America.

Cappy1277

of course it was a compliment! lol

Right...Korea used to soley use Hanzi (chinese characters) until about 350 years ago when they started developing their current writing system. It was a means to start creating their own identity at the time. Although Koreans still do use Chinese characters, especially with their names.

i know most chinese are of the Han ethnic group, thats why the word Hanzi is as it is, which, as agent said, means chinese characters

Just jokes agent...lol <3

Asian calligraphy is so fascinating to me as is the art. Have some great writings framed on the wall. Now trying to learn the language all over again is hard. Can understand some but speak less. Love watching my mom speak it- seems passionate.

I'm from London of England.

i don't do anything professionaly except Monopoly.

my most major aspects?

i got a grand square, im just gonna say that, none of them is more special than the other.

the square is between - Moon in Aries, Venus in Libra, Jupiter in Cancer, Saturn/Neptune/Uranus in Capricorn.

aspects worht mentioning that i feel show in my personality -

my ASC and its aspects - ASC in leo Square Pluto in Scorpio and Trine Moon in Aries.

i have quite strong leo in my chart, Sun in Leo, ASC in Leo and a 5th house containing Saturn/Neptune/Uranus. Uranus in the 5th trines my Sun. im quite creative.

the twist is, the leo is there but, well, you feel all my earth and other aspects before you get to really see the typical sides of leo in me. that earthyness includes that cappy stellium of planets and saturn sqauring my moon & venus and trine my mars and resting in my 5th. and my Mars & Mercury in Virgo.

there is an Airy quality to me, mercury and venus in the 3rd house, uranus trine sun.

i think my moon in the 9th house shows my hunger for knowledge and being broad minded. my venus in the 3rd in Libra, and mercury in dignified virgo in the 3rd back this but seek it in 3rd house ways. my sun and leo energy turns it into good wisdom, most people who know me well know i am wise.

this is my gf :

shes not even in the same country as me. . uranus in my chart and my 7th house in Aquarius likely explains all that. guess what her Sun sign is?

and this is me:

Yeah the leo is kind of tempered by the earth......

I can't even begin to guess your girl friend's sign....

;(

but i'll try once i come up with something

She is indeed an aquarius!

i don't play monopoly pro, atleast by what you mean. i just love it and i'm playing it alot lately with people. (the newly released Monoply Streets for PS3/Wii/360). that is my Cappy/earth energy playing out (likely Moon-Square-Saturn making me know-how at it, mars trine saturn delivers, and my 10th house ruler (MC) is my mars). it made me put down all the typical games BOYS play.. (call of dwuty 4our!)

i find it Veryyyyy interesting you mention chrion, i know nothing about chiron as a planet to influence ones personality, i never met anyone here who seems to know how it can add to personality in ones chart on here either. how do you feel chiron is strong in me? im very curious to know!

Chiron is conjunct my 1st house with no other planets except for varuna...essentialy what I do is look at what is me in you...but it's not so easy for me to do that

since i'm not sure what is me

but this is what I see

I see the hair is curly
and the eyes are bushy
but not too savage
and not too docile

I see calmness, but I also see delight from fright

I see chiron though mostly

Because Chiron's in the light

If chiron were in the dark

You would be much more stark

and I'd be scared to write this

incase you decided to bite this

I also see a connection between chiron and venus because generally, looking at your face makes me happy .....no I am not gay... lol but you remind me of someone like a brother...I feel protective of you...

hehe

and btw i'm impressed with your analysis so far of planets considering how young you are or must be.

ahh i see, so you mean in appearence? well, thats ok, you probably don't want to see my blank face without a smile, i have a poker face, and a natural pout look, it looks quite depressing. most people tell me to cheer up. sometimes i have tried to smile for the sake of looking "alright" to people and not sad. but it feels so unnatural.

anyway, well, to my memory, chiron doesnt make any major aspects in my chart.

where is your ASC/Chrion?

i wouldn't mind seeing your chart actually.

can you guess my age?

i wonder why you feel protective, and what aspect in our syanstry might indicate the reasoning.

thanks! , i'v been on this astrology journey here since 08.

Leeds, West Yorkshire, England.

I have been unemployed for the last 4 years (seems impossible eh?) though work as an astrologer, mainly sports astrologer. I work for free giving readings and gambling tips out.
I guess I can call myself a gambler, even though I haven't gambled for quite some time.

I also like to DJ, but can't afford any turntables to play my small record collection on.

1st ruler Uranus conjunct 3rd ruler Mars. Can show a logical intelligence, while I can be described as chatty. The passing of information is quite strong in my life too.
