Sun square Saturn here.Saturn is conjunct Mars in Scorpio in my 10th house. Saturn rules my Ascendant, Mars my 4th house. My Sun is in Aquarius, rules my 8th. I have had chronic allergy/sinus issues for the last 8 years. Its progressively gotten worse. As of today, I am stopping looking for a cure or a cause and am just going to focus on meditating and being at PEACE, accepting and visualizing myself at PEACE with everyone and everything around me...including myself. My friend has Sun/Saturn conjunct in Leo in her 7th house. Saturn rules her 12th. She has suffered from edema in her foot for several years. She is in a similar situation as me. The cause is unknown. Not sure what she is doing at this point. Both of us are very healthy eating mostly fruits and veggies legumes and nuts as food, exercising regularly etc. So, this is why I have just got to let go. I have done EVERYTHING I can think of except to just be at PEACE. ------------------ my blog IP: Logged |

Wow, okay. I'm just wondering because I have been concerned with my health lately, I was just reading up on it, and it stated somewhere that people with Saturn in hard aspect to the Sun will suffer from ill health for most of their life. IP: Logged |

My Sun squares my Saturn also raspberri...I have had medical problems for most of my life, but feel good now...I just don't focus on the problems, and tell myself I am fine..perhaps I can heal myself? I have been hospitalized numerous times, and had 13 surgeries, from minor to major...alot of medical problems, that is interesting though...thanks! Kat

I can help people .I was the Assistant to one of the top natural health doctors in the country. There are sooo many natural ways to heal, anything. For you, electric mind. I would recommend a raw diet and Kundalini yoga. If I have overstepped my bounds by offering advice, forgive me lol------------------ The most beautiful things in the world can't be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart. THANK YOU AMI!One of the few times that the allergies/sinus issues went away was when I was on a raw diet. And I started meditating regularly around that time as well. My partner is coming back in town next week (I think) and he is going to work with me on adding some herbs etc to the raw diet I'm starting again. I practice yoga occasionally. What is kundalini yoga? ------------------ my blog IP: Logged |

Kundalini yoga for a sinus/mucus problem? ok. !!By assistant, do you mean you were a receptionist or soemthing? I would suggest giving up dairy and red meat whilst taking up meditation for the inner stress. 2 prime causes of mucus/lymph issues. Sinus is part of ENT and is directly linked to stress and diet. I think THIS program can cure anything The book is "There are No Incurable Diseases" By Dr Richard Schutlz. His phone number is 1 800 HERB DOC.No, I don't get a commission Well,Kundalini Yoga combines breathing with traditional yoga postures. It floods you with Oyygen.Oxygen can cure any problem. When the body is anaerobic(lacking Oxygen) disease sets in. If you want a beauty secret, too. It is this lol

@ChristyT @Ami AnneYou both are affirming something I already knew, just didn't put it into practice with the breathing and stress thing. I don't eat any meat, except for occasional fish. the only dairy i eat is yogurt this past week because i unfornuately had to take a course of antibiotics. and i ate yogurt after i ran out of acidopholus. so i don't even eat dairy. But i know what i have to do! thank you so much guys! ------------------ my blog IP: Logged |

No Christy With energy medicine, the doctors ,often, have an Assistant who is a professional. I was trained as a counselor(Masters Degree) but when I was looking for a job found one with a psycholgist who became a natural doctor so I ended up as his Assistant. I worked side by side him and he was very generous with teaching.------------------ The most beautiful things in the world can't be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart. @raspberri...thank you, but don't feel bad...I am actually pretty healthy now, since I have been on a true spiritual path especially. I have had a couple of illnesses that could have killed me, such as MRSA 4 times, and Scarlet Fever 3 times...I just keep a positive mind set, and don't let anything negative have power over me anymore. We rarely eat any kind of meat, and it will all go soon. I have always loved vegetables way more, never really was much of a meat eater. I love water, and tea...coffee though we do love! IP: Logged |

I have Saturn square Sun/Neptune- in the 6th house. I was a 2 month early preemie- had to have open heart surgery. Thru my teens and 20's I was in the ER/Hospital at least 5-8 times a year for misc. things. I'm allergic to everything that is good (like chocolate, coffee, tea... list is too long, won't bother since I'm over it) I have had 2 sinus surgeries, which one of them ended my professional music career (another long story). I have issues with most medications and usually have to find something that is natural to cure. Now that I'm 32 things have seem to calm down... expect for the major back injury this year and the sinus infections. (Living in Colorado seemed to end those issues when I lived there) And started to use my allergies to my benefit- like, I know what to eat if I want to take a nap, etc etc. I don't wish Saturn square Sun on anybody... EDIT: Also I have Saturn square the ruler of my chart, Mercury, in the 6th IP: Logged |

What sign rules the sinus part of the body? Mercury? Virgo? Gemini? But would the Sun have to be in a Mercury ruled sign or Saturn? IP: Logged |

@racoleyou know what though i realized that part of (or all of) my sinus issues are related to my control-freakness. I've got saturn conjunct mars in scorpio...ouch. i need to learn to delegate or let other people take care of things and themselves. i have to say so what and just let go of the need to do things...its hard but i'm getting better. ------------------ my blog IP: Logged |

My father has Saturn opposite Sun. He's one of the most healthy people I know, he's rarely sick, he's in great shape without being the kind of person who excercises. He's an incredibly hard worker and I'd describe him as a "responsibility junkie". He's incredibly reliable in a crisis, almost like a super hero, except that he is more like Darth Vader.I know of another astrologer with Saturn opposite Sun who is exactly the same way. Perhaps it's a trait of the opposition of those two planets. One of my best friends has Sun conjunct Saturn and she has been having some of the worst health problems of her life over the last 7 years. Right now transiting Pluto is squaring that conjunction and I'm incredibly worried about her. Her Sun rules her 12th House of chronic disease and her Saturn rules her 5th House. I can't go into details of her medical conditions, but she's recently cut off communication with me and I'm not happy about it because I think things are not going well, but I have to let go and let God when it comes to her right now. I've had clients with the Sun-Saturn conjunction and some of them do have weak health systems. Through this thread I'm learning about people with the square aspect. Oprah Winfrey has Sun square Saturn. She recently revealed having a thyroid problem, but I don't think her Sun or Saturn are affecting any of her health houses. Actually, I may be wrong. Saturn rules her ASC if you consider that her ASC is in the 29th degree of Sagittarius. IP: Logged |

I have Sun (Pisces) square Saturn (in Scorpio) in the 8th house.I've been plagued by health problems most of my life, primarily sinus, allergy, just overall autoimmune issues. I've also focused much of my conscious energy on overcoming these health problems, but to no avail. I've recently got into yoga, meditation, and just overall exploring a spiritual nature of myself. I think all of my ailments will go away as I learn the lessons of my 8th house. Those lessons mainly revolve around death, particularly death of the ego, the feeling of separateness, the idea that my mind can control the function of my body. Through meditation I've recently had some intuitions that my path in life is to live naturally and close to God. If I give up conscious control of my health, dedicate my life to the practice of yoga, then my health will be strong. But I must dedicate myself to this path, to Oneness, and never allow my ego to steer me away. This is how I learn the lesson of my 8th house. "Death" of the ego/personality, to transform into what I am supposed to be, and just BE, without conscious thought and control. To live and be the yoga, and be an example for others. Let go and let God. IP: Logged |
