well, heres my quick thoughtsun conjunct venus is common in midpoints. probably in non love relationships as often as love ones. and i dont think its a one-to-be all aspect. people count how common aspects are in relationships that have ENDED what about the ones that have been going for years? those are the ones people probably need to look at synastrically. see how frequent it pops up there. that makes sense, i think venus in general is a planet taht eases things.perhaps in this case its con is taht it diguises issues that need to be confronted (thats the quality of venus-libra - indecisiveness) perhaps it makes things take alot longer to get down directly to the point - what you like an don't like in eachother. venus is about compliments, it finds anything it can to compliment and love. in a sense, venus is a bit of a love-***** in astrology lol it loves anything that touches it and orbits in outter space. anyway.. perhaps thats the issue, venus-sun makes it very light and fluffy pretty until later on.

sun/venus is not strong enough to completely negate any bad aspects that may be lurking in a composite, direct synastry has to take priority astrologically in a relationship as the composite describes the relationship itself. Someone also mentioned the davison charts can be revealing in relationships and this may say something different to the composite. Venus can be superficial and the sun shines because it just does so this combination whilst pleasant and enjoyable can be fickle, venus wants it to look good when it lenas towards libra but venus also rules taurus which is about what we value and more towards bodily sensuality, maybe this dual aspect of venus is the problem...? It may suit the libran side but not the taurean? or vice versa? Or there could be negatives in the synastry within the natal charts...which is more likely. IP: Logged |
