I have been reading throughout the internet different interpretations of the eclipse as many astrologers use different locations. Some use west coast, some east coast.
I live in Europe and if I cast the chart for the time and place it hits here I get a completely different house system (enormous planetary alignment in 12th house).
Which is correct? A universally accepted place? Or the place that you're in?

I always do the chart for the place I live in and after I've checked it against my own natal chart I read the aclipse chart for the country I live in...you have to be more general in your interpretation but it should show you the overall effects for the place where you live, it's like the collective vibe if you like.
