I have to leave this place and astrology behind. I have feel that astrology isn't apart of my soul path anymore. I believe that it interfers with my ability to live a normal and fufilling life. So I'm leaving.

Because I feel like it is taking away from my true path in life by making me analyse everything with astrology. I feel that my connection with God has become flawed and it is therfore unproductve for me to continue on this way.

There is no point in saying that you are going to leave. Don't close yourself completely off from something. Leave the option to come back always available and then do whatever your heart tells you to do. I enjoyed your insights.

I dig where Rasp is coming from. This stuff can really take over your ability to see things as more open ended and un-analyzable.

I can't even meet a new person without pre-judging them (subconsciously, lol) based on their sign. If it's a sign I don't normally get along with, I get a little put off. Not really the way to go.

I hear you raspberri. I stopped looking at people's charts. My thing is, you shouldn't look at the synastry for at least 1 year of being together. This way you wont prejudge. Remember, astrology isn't fatal. Just because an aspect is there doesn't mean it will play out, that goes for the good and bad aspects.

Rasp don't let any of my comments move you away from here..

But I can totaly see how astrology being a distraction, also it can crystalize your thinking and lead to physical desease..

We all have to be very flexible with are interpreations of charts and realize that one chart to the next is actually more similar than different...

even two radicaly different people, are still 99.9 percent the same.

this way we can always be changing and adapting to what is best for our lives..

please no one, make a decision too heavily based on a chart type if you have an inkling to persue a profession, do it...you never know how your special gifts will congele.

Also...please realize that sometimes family knows best...sometimes they don't, etc. etc.

never take the advice of a chart over a trusted love one...for example, to become a cat burglar because your chart says you are subtle...
and don't do something that isn't hard

always challenge yourself and rise...

with that being said

Rasp....I Think you will be missed more than you know, but also keep your self centered and do what you deem wise after a few nights sober rest.

This is just my viewpoint about Astrology and God.
I think God made everything. That includes us,of course.
He gave us the charts as a little blueprint which we could use to know ourselves and others.
The charts are just energy. It would be the same as if you got a "creepy" feeling when you met someone.
That feeling was energy.It was not specific "matter".
The charts are the same.
It is out potential, our gifts and our hard things.
I wonder WHY we have the hard things.
My chart is easy unless you put it next to my mothers.
Then , it is VERY hard.
I wonder why I had all that.
Everyone wonders about those hard things in their charts or why a parent seemed to be MADE to destroy you.
Those answers will have to wait for the next life lol
However, I think we should use all the tools God gave us in order to get through this life in the best we can for ourselves and for others.

Well, there will be an eclipse exactly on my IC and on my Moon/Neptune conjunction. So a new beginning is in order for me. Still trying to figure out what that is, but astrology will be left behind me in on way or another. Moon/Neptune is about astrology for me.
