I knew someone who went through that transit a few years ago, and it corresponded with a nasty divorce and legal battle over an infant son...He lost everything, but that could be attributed to him being an absent father... Regardless, he lost everything, but fought like hell to no avail... he was reduced to nothing, pretty much. And, his anger was out of control. His Mars in 9th house conjunct in Sag when Pluto was in Sag. What house is your Mars in? IP: Logged |

My sister has this same placement, square her ascendant (widely), and was fine when Pluto transited her Mars - from what I remember. She's active, a grounded Capricorn who is always involved in something creative, and learning about something useful, like making her own soap or kefir. IP: Logged |

Teasel,Maybe she had no karmic stuff to be dredged up... Just a theory I have of these Pluto transits... I think if you haven't put anything into motion (bad karmic wise) before Pluto moves by, you may or may not have the same experiences. IP: Logged |

No natal martian aspects.Mars is in Capricorn 10th house, but the cusp is Sag. (Saturn sits 2d44'00" from ascendant in 12) Disposition:
Merc-Jup (mutual 9/4)
Plt 7
Nept 8
Sat 12

Wow, teasel, you hit a sore spot there. Sun/Moon are 7 degrees separate after an eclipse, SNode splits them. If that doesn't spell karmic work, I need to go back to the books. quote:

I suppose it also bears mention that Mars is not a lord of a house - Aries is intercepted in the 1st. Honestly, I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing....IP: Logged |
