I am feeling so much anxiety...to the point I wake up in the middle of the night out of a deep sleep because I have butterflies in my stomach. Not to mention the insomnia... : ( birthday is on Sunday....I feel like I'm on the ledge of something epic but can't put my finger on it...yet.

Hrmm.. Do you have increased insomnia and creativity and feel like maybe you don't -have- to sleep so much? Like your thoughts are faster or taking on a life of their own?

Also, so we can keep this is in this section. What's your natal kaali (4227) like?

Just curious. Certain things are becoming so common nowadays..

Could it be kundalini? Especially the involuntary twitches etc I find to be common. http://www.elcollie.com/st/symptoms.html

At times my anxiety has been worse and recently I've been unable to sleep due to it.

Also if the orb is right you have more prominent kaali aspects than I do and my kundalini is active.

Whoops...double post.

I have been having crazy twitching going on especially in my neck...I feel like a parkinsons patient!! Lol- thank god it only happens when I lay down! I attributed it to the car accident I had almost 2 years. But it starts as tension in my shoulder and then the neck starts to twitch.....crazy!

Well it sounds like it might be more than just a gemini moon. I put gemini moon people to shame when my mind is racing.

Physical trauma can ignite kundalini in certain circumstances. You have to look at the other symptoms too though, but kundalini is becoming -much- more common.

Lol I'm foggy today. Just read the part about lying down and BINGO! Kundalini is way worse when you lie down on your back, and when you relax is when the kriyas or spontaneous jerking movements happen most often. The next step would be grounding and integration..

Just read the article you posted....it seems like I have a lot of those symptoms. One day my left foot went so numb one day I ended up falling and not being able to get up. My son had to carry me to bed. Heart is always racing and my feet are always hot! Digestive problems always...my dr wants me to get a colonoscopy...severe heartburn, loss of appetite (still can't lose weight). He diagnosed me with IBS.

I wouldn't totally dismiss symptoms to other diseases but the heat thing is something I'm experiencing a lot with kundalini as well as depression and then euphoria and universal love (if you can imagine that). There is a lot to it. Kundalini is a healing process and it will be different for everyone dependent upon what they need healed. I've got to go to sleep as I have work in the morning. Grounding is very important with kundalini as is unconditional love. The digestive problems can originate from overactive or underactive energy in certain places. I'm still trying to integrate my tantic books concerning these topics. I'll try to get back to you on this later when I'm more alert.

Also.. the heart racing thing can be your heart chakra opening up. I can feel this coinciding with energy movement all up my spine etc.

I don;t go to the doctor,I study things ,myself
L healed whatever I had with this.

Anyway,my heart goes out to you, Cappy.I am REALLY down right now, too, so you have a soul sister going through the same thing.

Ami I added something about long term potentiation and depression in learning and states of arousal to videos on bipolar disorder that is frequently tied into kundalini. If you look at depression as a state in kundalini in learning I do feel that that can help. The bipolarorwakingup youtube video has a good demonstration with cycles in spiral dynamics and consciousness and attachment and depression. It reinforces a lot of my other beliefs that I've come to hold researching depression. It's at the end of Doux Reve's 'Hello Everyone, I'm new' post.

Thanks mochai & ami anne!

I've been feeling a little down myself....still in my pajamas and don't feel like doing much except sitting here. I did get up & clean to ease my mind as activity makes me feel better. Other than that, anxious for the year to come to a close. Maybe I'll go out for my bday and hang out with some friends to feel better. Nothing like dressing up & hanging out with some friends... : )

I'm gonna try the habanero...but I seem to have a newfound aversion to spicy food & that sucks since I eat a lot of korean food. But I'm sure I can give it a try...thanks!

You are a DOLL!!!
Yes, Cappy, I cured ulcers with it, I am quite sure.
I did not have them diagnosed ever but that habanero hurt badly .
However, at some point, it did not hurt anymore and the ulcers were healed ,I assume lol.
Now, the habanero does not hurt ,any more.

Just watched the 1st 2 videos and all I can say is ....WOW!! The last time I felt like this was when I was in a relationship with an aries man that made me feel super nutso...so much so that I went to therapy and started medication. Kinda made me feel good but I felt like I was putting a stopper in my tub of emotions. I started a new relationship in the middle of this year & it seems that he put me on the back burner & all these feelings have re-emerged. (I stopped taking the meds a few months backs) He was the opposite of the aries - very caring & sensitive....so now I can see the corelation....now for a plan of action!!

Ami- the dr thinks I may have an ulcer also so I am def going to take a trip to find it or at least online since we have too much snow here in philly.

The hurting will let up.Don't panic lol
You can write or call me.
It is much better to heal it, naturally

There r 2 types of lavander oil,and the one i recommend grows above 800m in frace, and it is found only there. A true cure,no baths or soap, just as a remedy. U used lavander during pregnancy?? Doctors say no to lavander while with child.. I presume, everything went well?
