So recently I feel like i ve got everything that i wanted for a long time..... A man i d been dreaming of for a very long time. He s in love with me, and I with him. Jobs and opportunities I had also been dreaming of for a long time.. The exact life balance, and living space I want.

Take a breath honey. The older you get, the less certainty life brings, and strength and happiness become more about decision making and less about just being something you fall into.

When you're feeling shithouse, I recommend Scott Peck's 'Road Less Travelled'.

If you kill yourself, you are just dead. If you live, you can improve your situation. If you need to leave and travel to keep yourself level headed and appreciative of life, do it. It doesn't really matter if it's convenient, just do what's necessary.

Suicide is never an answers. And if you want to not be creating drama, you need space and you need to work on what you can do to stop those behaviors. Have you ever tried cognitive behavioral therapy? It worked wonders for my depression.

(((((And I hate all that!

It's better to make conflict in your life on a constructive way. I think the way you think about are an way just for cowardly people or sick people. If you are healthy you hurt so many other people and if you will survive. .....people will be afraid of you. They will see that you done like a threat. They will never want to confront you . People will be scared of you. They think you will do something like that again. If you have unlucky you will lose everything.

Does you feel you are unhealthy I want you to meet an doctor or an therapist.

It could be your Sun & Moon in Pisces. Pisces Mooners or people with too much Pisces Stellium energy often have a "poor me," syndrome. IQ has written something regarding Pisces Moon before. I forget exactly how he worded it, but basically it's almost as if they like wallowing in depression. I find it to be true, as my mom has a pisces stellium. She's considered very fortunate to many, but yet she's always depressed.
I've tried to get her to join missionary groups to help out people in the 3rd world. I suggest you do that too (if your depression really isnt a medical one). You'll see all their pain & suffering...& realize you really had no reason to be depressed.

You have Moon in Pisces square Saturn like me. Your Moon square Saturn-Ascendant conjunction. Your Saturn is stationary too,and so it's a strong Saturn energy. The stationary Saturn in aspect is stronger than a regular Saturn in aspect.

It could indicate a tendency to be depressed

It could stem from feeling of insecurity as well as being restricted, limited in some way

I don't think it's necessarily about self pity nor wanting to be miserable.

Depression can be a very serious problem.
It can be looked down upon as a character weakness even though it can be legitimate medical problem.

Depression can even be caused by stress

If a person is overloaded with stress, the cortisol levels greatly increase which leads to depletion of serotonin.

That's why it seems like many highly sensitive people have been taking SSRI's for treating depression. Those same SSRI's are even used to treat social anxiety disorder which is a pathological type of shyness. Many highly sensitive people can come across as being shy. That goes especially if they are in surroundings that they are not familiar with or in negative surroundings.

Omega 3 fatty acid deficiencies can lead to depression too. Symptoms of Omega 3 fatty acid deficiencies are hypersensitivity.
If you're hypersensitive, you're more likely to be easily overwhelmed by the environment which can lead to burning the Omega 3 fatty acids more than the average person which can lead to the need to replenish. This could also be the case for people that are ultrasensitive in general. In society, ultrasensitive are viewed as being too sensitive. Therefore, they are viewed as needing medication by people who look down on ultrasensitivity.

People with neurological differences are more susceptible to depression and anxiety disorders than people with so-called normal neurological systems.

Anxiety and depression tend to be co-morbid. A lot of people with anxiety tend to be depressed. A lot of people with depression tend to be anxious. SSRI's are used to treat both depression and anxiety.

It could be a combination of insecurity and ultrasenstivity to the environment. Omega 3 fatty acid deficiencies are strongly connected to neurological differences too.
A good source of Omega 3's are fish, algae, and flaxseed.

Vitamin B complex and Zinc is important in helping people deal with stress as well as the immune system. If you're stressed, your immunity can get compromised.

I know all this from personal experience.
I have had suicidal thoughts, feelings before. I have never attempted suicide. My mother has had numerous suicide attempts. My maternal grandfather committed suicide. One of my maternal aunts has been diagnosed as having a depressive disorder after being involuntarily hospitalized, and she's on medication for depression. Therefore, depression runs strong in my family. They are also ultrasensitive people with neurological differences too.

Anxiety and Depression can be two sides of the same coin. Both can be connected to a ultrasensitive nervous system. A lot of people don't understand.

I also want to inform that anxiety and depression can be connected to vestibular disorder aka inner ear disorder. Inner ear is important for equilibrium. That effects the brain functioning too.

Hormonal imbalances can also be a source of depression. A matter of fact, testosterone was used as an antidepressant to treat males. Males with lower levels of testosterone can be susceptible to depression.

Allergies can also lead to depression. Antihistamines used to be some of the first antidepressants.

Depression and its causes are not cut and dry. They are complex.

You can't really kill yourself so you might as well figure your problems out. What do I mean by this? If you took your life, or if you left your physical body, you would just have to come back again, start over and come to the same conflicts that you have now. No one ever escapes their problems by killing them self. You can never escape your problems, you must eventually face them, rise above and when you do you will be happier than ever. It is always about evolving.

If someone wants to kill themselves they're gonna find a way to do it. Words are sort of meaningless here. And fact is if they attempt and don't succeed then their chances of later on succeeding greatly increase. It's a fine line. I wouldn't talk someone into or out of it because that is their life and it is their choice. For some reason people don't understand that they're born alone and they'll die alone. Their choices in the interim are theirs to make and its their responsibility to choose wisely.

btw I have Moon sq Saturn too.

My thinking is just take responsibility for what you're feeling and get on with it. For some reason the dark moods feel like they'll last forever but they're temporary. And it's OK to not be happy all the time. So if someone still wants to be here all they have to do is 'sit this one out' and then move on. You don't always have to be in the game.

That's how I handle my dark moods. I don't make any appts, I stay away cos I know I'm gonna be weird to people, and just sit it out. They always pass.

And if it is depression, it's better to embrace it than to try to run away from it. Don't act like it's not there, but don't let it control you. You know how when you meditate and the thoughts are just observed as passing through, that's how I do it, I sit with the dark moods and watch them go through all their shapes and forms and then when it's over I move on.

mercury is important in your chart with 3 planets in 3rd house and a conjunction with venus. mercury is on the first degree of aries which, for me, reinforce it.

it could be the **fear** of a sorted life, already planed, that scares you because you need more uncertainty (or learning, you call it "travel")

there are many ways to learn

what you are feeling is a great opportunity.

Hey Banx weren't you the one who said to look at yourself FIRST if someone's words threw you off balance?

Oh right.
You were.
Why don't you?
