What causes two people to mirror each other..

If they have quite a few of the same natal aspects, would they mirror each other, even if they are in different signs/houses?

I'm curious about this too.

Not only did we have a lot of the same aspects but if you used our opposition moons as a axis our charted mirrored each other. We both felt like we were "twin flames" if that is a real thing. LOL
