Since I've been a little busy the last month I only realised just now that we're coming out of a Mercury retrograde period.

The reason this interested me particularly is because I just started a new relationship, after 6 years alone, and we got together JUST at the start of Mercury rx, on the 10'th..

The last 3 weeks have been simply amazing, not what you'd expect during a mercury rx.

I met this guy one time a couple of years ago, at work, then we met again at a work related christmas party the 4'th, saw each other every day the following week and became a couple on the 10'th.

Since then we thought we might have gotten pregnant (turned out we weren't, but both agreed we would have been OK with it if we were, unusual for both of us), both of us have said "I love you" and meant it (also unusual, we both usually hold off a bit before both feeling that and saying it), we're okay with spending all the time we can together (both usually need regular alone time) and we're even talking about buying a house together, we're going to have a look at it next week!

Then, WHAM, I realised we're just coming out of the mercury rx today, and suddenly got afraid that this might be a slightly backwards (ha ha) expression of it?

I'm more happy than I've ever been, and frankly a little afraid that it will all crumble when mercury goes direct again, or change drastically in some way.

I mostly wouldn't worry about it. Just try to be clear in your communications, don't overanalyze anything... any big discussions or dealing you can hold off til... well... tomorrow, it stations to go direct right? Or today? You should be fine.

Just enjoy the connection, don't obsess. What I like to do is meditate on the fact that the universe will bring me what I need, it will bless me... if this man is for you, things will work out. If not, there is something better out there, just believe that.

I know it can often be hard to believe that. But it is true.

I've also noticed I meet a lot of people with progressed Mercury going retrograde or direct.

I myself am highly Mercurial and came from a Mercurial background. My maternal grandparents, who I grew up with, were/are both Geminis & they had three kids (a family of 5). I'm a Gemini with Virgo rising, a 5 lifepath, my dad's family name is 5 in numerology as well as my given name.

Bleh, 2010 has been a crap year for me professionally. However, it was during the Mercury Rx periods when opportunities to make money sprouted the most. If I had options I wouldn't have taken them, but I didn't, and Mercury delivered...again

For me, the verdict is still out on Mercury Retrograde. I don't/won't preach about it anymore.

But, enough about me. Go with the flow and see where things lead. If it's meant to be it'll be.
