I have this with someone. They have New Moon in my 5th house trine my Ascendent (orb 2 degrees ) and trine my Saturn (exact). + I'm cancer rising so my ruler is the Moon. Mind you so are they so it's even stronger lol's.
I would say it's a significant indicator of long lasting romantic emotional attachment.
