I would say hard Saturn aspects would cause a long term relationship after everything is said and done. Good moon aspects wouldn't hurt either. Person A's Saturn on Person B's ascendant is a very bad idea though, unless person A has enough self control to be gentle and compassionate and person B is looking for a teacher. But even then, that aspect can get old after a while.

Dude, I have the same aspect with the guy I am hard crushing on. I feel your pain! My Pluto is opposite his Moon, so he probably feels it more emotionally than I do, but it is indeed like a "secret" broiling passion. It's an aspect that points to an intensely felt personal relationship.

I found this reading for Calista Flockhart and Harrison Ford, who apparently have this aspect also!

Cafe Astrology call this a "challenging aspect", but I call it intense and hot and spicy, just the way I like it! (scorpio moon, aries venus, what can i say?)
