I'm a bit concerned that the relationship with the guy that I'm interested in may be purely sexual, without longevity or romance because of a heavy Mars influence. I am not sure of his exact birth time, so I've excluded his angles and houses. However, here are some of the aspects we have in our synastry, with my natal planets being listed first:Within one degree Mars square Pluto - I've heard this is a destructive aspect... Jupiter aquare Neptune Pluto sextile Mars Chiron sextile Venus ASC trine Mars Sun trine Mars Moon sextile Neptune Jupiter conjunct Sun Eros trine Psyche Within two degrees Mars sextile Sun Chiron trine Saturn DSC square Juno - Is this potentially problematic? Uranus trine Mars Pluto square Juno Vertex opposite Jupiter Within three degrees Moon trine Mercury Mercury trine Mars Jupiter opposite North Node Neptune trine Mars Vertex trine Chiron Vertex trine Juno North Node conjunct Saturn - This seems significant... Also, here are some of his planets in my houses: 2nd House: Chiron 5th House: Sun, Mars, and Psyche 6th House: Mercury, Venus, Pluto, and Eros (My 6th house is ruled by Venus, so is it significant that his Venus falls here?) 7th House: Saturn 8th House: Moon, Uranus, and Neptune 10th House: Juno 12th House: Jupiter I am relatively new to synastry, so there are probably aspects regarding the asteroids and vertex that aren't important. Yet, what do you guys think of these aspects, particularly those pertaining the strength of our relationship? Thank you so much! IP: Logged |

Do you want something more than a sexual relationship? From what I see, it doesn't look all that sexual, there is no Mars-Pluto conjunctions or Venus square Pluto, etc...

I have the mars square pluto aspect with someone and depending on the type of person you and how choose to deal with it (maturity needs to be involved) this aspect can imply passionate almost animalistic sex (is that even possible?) Like if you had a bad day at work you just want to get it on to get a release? We both have natally and in our synastry IP: Logged |

Thanks for the replies!I suppose I'm looking for a meaningful relationship that could possibly lead to marriage with all of the elements - love, romance, passion/sex, stability, etc. My reasoning for it being a sexual relationship is because of our mutual aspects between Mars/Pluto and Sun/Mars. What do you guys think? IP: Logged |

Yea ask him for the time and then post the synastry. You can make it work long term if that's what both of you want. If you're feeling insecure if he wants long term or not, imo that's a bad sign.OTOH, Good 'working together long term' aspects include: Mars/Saturn Mars/Mars Mars/Jupiter Jupiter/Saturn [among others] but the charts have to be read as a whole, not just singling out a Mars or a Saturn aspect..
