Any insight at all would help.

Ur gemini mercury in order to develop its full potential will have to incorporate some pluto and neptune traits; gemini mercury is bright, curious, superficial position,so u will have to move up from that:ur logical mind must be combined with intuition, strong deductive powers;u must acknowledge higher, finer tunes:to be connected with the world,to accept that there is something(and ur gem mercury will often ask WHAT something, show me,prove it) bigger than ourselves. Quincunxes are hard to adept, constant consciousness needed.

Pluto is in the fifth house of scorpio for you. I'd imagine you may erupt like a volcano out of nowhere after opening up emotionaly to children or art. Your transformative ambition comes from this house according to the principles....it's a fixed sign. That should never change.

Scorpio involves the emotions of investigative work. You'll research alot of art, about kids, you'll read everything, at one point, and then nothing at another.....

the main thing is the energy flux....like for me, when I see my body in the mirror and I see what the generation considers attractive, I'll work out into a frenzy, or feel like dying.....you see it's a generational thing that seeps down into the individual and makes them feel like hell.

This is in harmony with neptune

neptune is in capricorn and is conjunct your angle of partnership...........

Pluto responds powerfuly in the areas of life involving your children, creativity, dating, fun in general........your going to date alot in the begining for sex, and fun, and a bunch of things you think are important as a result of pluto, and it's going to be a while before you realize that neptune is really asking you to integrate it into your psyche rather than project it on to your partner...

but there is the mercury on the other side over there that needs recognition....

there's just so many possibilities, it's almost impossible to delineate this yod without spending alot of time with it, but rest assured if it weren't for my similar type yod, i wouldn't be here posting.

Mutable(changeable) gemini mercury concerned with introspection, at odds with the harmony between fixed pluto in scorpio concerned with creativity and children and neptune in cardinal(initiatory) capricorn.

Your dreams idealism cause you to seek or initiate partnerships....these partnerships are strong and based similar ideas of fun and creativity, but are at odds with your introspective flighty mercurial nature.

Interesting how helping you has given me a starting point for my own yod.....which is just like yours but with chiron instead of mercury, pluto in the sixth, and neptune in the 7th/8th...

cheers let me know if hti shelped.

Also, are you an artist?

VenusDiSirius,

That actually sounds like what I'm trying to do currently. For a long time, I've struggled with intuition and incorporating it. There have been times where I've managed to but then in the next instance will fail. I've mistaken logic for intuition while trying to feel something out, if that even makes sense. It probably has a lot to do with the 12th house and how foggy it can be in there. Just a guess. Theres always been this sense of seeing that there is something bigger than myself but another problem of mine is falling for illusion of seperatness from everyone else. Which has to do with self-esteem issues.
Damn quincunxes haha! It's never been easy for me to adapt to anything really.
Thank you for the response!

roadwarriorsdp,

That is strange...but more ironic

"Pluto is in the fifth house of scorpio for you. I'd imagine you may erupt like a volcano out of nowhere after opening up emotionaly to children or art. Your transformative ambition comes from this house according to the principles....it's a fixed sign. That should never change."

Do you mean my temper or passion? Both could apply, haha!
It's always been challenging with art...
I love to draw but rarely do because I'm a perfectionist and get highly annoyed when it doesn't come out right or if I mess up a lot. Same goes with writing... you wouldn't believe how many times this response has been rewritten. Too self-critical. If my perfectionism was squashed and emotions were set free, I'd most definitely erupt like a volcano. It's been building up. I feel it.
And with children... when I have them anyway.... I'll probably be a very passionate and protective mother. They (my kids) probably won't be able to deal with me half the time.

"Scorpio involves the emotions of investigative work. You'll research alot of art, about kids, you'll read everything, at one point, and then nothing at another....."

Ohhhh I definitely like researching. Always have ever since the internet was put in front of me at 11 years old. The only difference is that back then up to the age of 17, my interests weren't all constructive. I had accumulated pointless information about bands, movies, and whatnot. Occasionally, I'd look into metaphysical topics but while being drawn to that subject, some of it also freaked me out. Art was another thing. There is this website called deviantart.com and it introduced me to many types of art styles from normal everyday people as opposed to the famous. Loved it and still do. Now, I generally look into things happening in the world, gemstones/minerals, healing, natural remedies, but most of all....Astrology <3
And it's true that after reading so much, I won't read a thing for a while.

....My researching has always been kind of tied to escapism though. Pisces moon is the culprit, i suspect. It sesquisquares retrograde pluto. Could mercury be causing that considering the house it's in? What do you think?

"the main thing is the energy flux....like for me, when I see my body in the mirror and I see what the generation considers attractive, I'll work out into a frenzy, or feel like dying.....you see it's a generational thing that seeps down into the individual and makes them feel like hell."

I defintely identify with this. I used to weigh almost 200 pounds and was miserable. Then I became a vegetarian and it dropped off. I was happy with it and then people around me were complaining about me being too thin. I'm 135 and 5'4 currently. Can't make anyone happy, it seems. I try to ignore them all now.

"Pluto responds powerfuly in the areas of life involving your children, creativity, dating, fun in general........your going to date alot in the begining for sex, and fun, and a bunch of things you think are important as a result of pluto, and it's going to be a while before you realize that neptune is really asking you to integrate it into your psyche rather than project it on to your partner..."

Hmm......... its hard for me to know where to begin in response to that..
I see how this would be true if certain things that happened early on hadn't transpired.
Dating, sex, and the like... hasn't been apart of my life for the past 7 years. The first person that I did those things with was the last. Our one year relationship was verbally, physically, and sexually abusive for me, major mind games included. He controlled me because I believed every thing he said. And much of what he said was bizarre. Naivite at its worst. Most girls would have seen the craziness and ran, haha.
Sorry if this is too much info.. Alot of people seem to be open on here so why not.
But ANYWAY...
If that situation didn't happen, I could definitely see myself letting my hormones rule. I wonder how the retrogrades in neptune and pluto would manifest... ugh.

Thankfully you have a similiar YOD because this is definitely enlightening for me.
I really appriciate your response and glad that it helped you in return.

What's it like having chiron at the focal point of your YOD? It sounds really intense.

Am I an artist?... depends on your definition. I love to photograph anything from nature, to animals, landscapes, people and so on. My favorite styles are macro (up close on detail), emotive, and spontaneous.

Are You an artist?

Awwww. ...

- Sometimes removing the 's' from http works to lead people TO your chart/image.

- Insert the ubb code for imaging HERE...

Try those suggestions... and Welcome

I looked at the chart and I noticed 2 Yods, one involving your Sun and another one involving your Ascendant. That's very interesting as both involve how you interact with the world and how others perceive you.

The Sun-Uranus-Pluto reflects an inner drive to find your way in the world where you'll be able to share your very unique gifts and energy. This is a very personal drive related to the outer planets Pluto and Uranus being in retrograde and will be felt as an inner drive that could be hard to explain to others. You will feel the Yod energy more when you can do 2 things in my opinion. Firstly, you will need to balance your Taurus South Node and your Scorpio North Node as that balance will help you get in tune with Pluto's energy in Scorpio, it's natural ruler. This balance will help you channel the positive Pluto aspects that will contain levels of self-empowerment in your individuality. And then ultimately there will be further strengthening of the 11th-5th houses axis bridging your unique creativity that you innately have and finding the best way to share it with your friends, family, colleagues and society as a whole.

The second Yod is between your Ascendant-Neptune-Saturn which again ties outer planets towards the way your personality is heavily influenced. With your Ascendant in Leo (ruler of the Sun), we again see how the outer planets energies want you to exemplify and share the best that those planets have to offer. The negative side of Leo and the Sun is when the personal ego is glorified and we believe that it is 'I' that does everything. We walk around inserting this 'I' into everything we encounter, whether people or situations want it or not. However, with your personal ego being so strongly challenged by almost all outer planets, I don't think it will take you long to quickly discern when to shine your light and when to let others shine. It's interesting that Scorpio North Node relates and deals with seeing beyond the physical, understanding more of the inner depths of life, mystery and the great beyond.

You're very welcome! I wouldn't worry about it too much if '95 is your birth year as your Saturn Return will have more to say in 2023. That's usually the time when we can not just see why the South Node habits are holding us back but be more comfortable in our North Node energies that allow us to move forward.

Also, with many outer planets in retrograde, a lot of this inner introspection is great for self-awareness but also tends to make people with them late bloomers in life. Once their planets become direct in their progressed chart however, watch out world!

The best is yet to come!
